Emailed in to ask some questions regarding a bag, to ensure it would meet everything i needed for all my daughters medical needs, not only did Jasmine reply quickly, she went to the warehouse to check, looked at the product physically, took photos and sent them over confirming it would do everything I needed. Amazing customer service Jasmine, you truely went above and beyond nothing was too much trouble. Thank you again Jasmine, bag ordered.

The item that I had purchased turned out to be out of stock. I got an email the next day asking if I would be interested in a different version of the product at no extra cost and this would then be dispatched earlier.

At first, things seemed a bit dire with a £15 shipping fee on a £20 order to Northern Ireland, a consequence of Brexit. But Debra and her team noticed the problem and reached out to help. In the end, the order went through, and I'm incredibly grateful for their attentive and thoughtful service.
