My bike seat arrived efficiently. I have had SQ labs seats before and liked them. I am still tweaking the adjustments to this new one, but you can’t beat the comfort and quality.

Got what I wanted, a bit more than I wanted to spend but that's how it goes sometimes

Have been a competitive cyclist since 1982. Over this time all aspects of cycling have improved tremendously and especially with tech. Where the rubber meets the road really for all of us is the saddle! Simply put, SQLab are the best Saddles I’ve ever tried.

I emailed SQlab USA and asked if there were any plans for a discount on the 612 Ergowave Active 2.1 over the Christmas holiday. I told them that I previously ordered two of these saddles from them and that they are awesome, relieving saddle pain and hand numbness. They immediately responded that they did not think that model was going to be discounted but sent me a discount code for 25% off as a loyal customer. I placed the order and the saddle arrived in just a few days! I appreciate good customer service.

I ordered a saddle using the sizing kit and liked it less than the saddles I currently ride. I've tried enough saddles to know that: Until you ride a saddle, there is no way to know if it will work for you. Buying a new brand of bicycle saddle is always a matter of faith.

They provided all the information needed for me to find a seat that worked for me. The seat is comfortable and I can ride all day.

The bars are comfortable and I do like the forward sweep.

- Main issue was installation. The the mounting rings ,of the SRAM force levers I have, is a soild ring. The bar's drops are not perfectly round, they are oblong. The rings don't quite slide up. I had to force them and ended up scratching the paint of the bars.

The dumb thing has not even arrived yet and I get this thing asking how wonderfully you did. Maybe you think it has arrived. Maybe that you think it has means you sent it somewhere else. Either way it does not inspire confidence.

I requested a crash replacement saddle and the process was quick and seamless. I got my replacement in a week.

Replaced my stock handlebar with one of their 16 degree/high bars. Made my Yamaha Moro-7 much more comfortable without any loss of control. My wrists are at a much happier angle! The bar is also easily cut to your preferred width…I took about 20mm off each side.

Received the cardboard sit bone measurement card.
I'll be able to give a more constructive review after I purchase and install the seat.
