Excellent Sign for the Cost
The design site was very good, but was a bit difficult to make final changes on my sign. It took quite a bit of time to figure out how to change several aspects. In the end, I was able to make changes and the sign turned out exactly as I hoped. It looks fantastic! Arrived early and extremely well packaged.

Square Signs responded promptly but called every few days and emailed daily when they didn't get an immediate response. This came across as excessively persistent.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we're sorry the final print didn't match what you had in mind. After reviewing your order, we found that production followed the approved proof, and some elements were trimmed because the white areas were filled in as requested. We understand how frustrating that outcome is. Our team did follow up after your call with a solution for a reorder, and we're still happy to help. Please reach out anytime and we'll work with you to get a sign you're happy with.
