Thorough Service
They went above and beyond to make sure that my signs were not only good quality, but the proper sizing. They were concerned with how my graphic would fit on the sign after being cut, so they emailed me and requested the original documents to resize themselves. This was incredibly thoughtful and won them a returning customer.

Replacement sign received!
**UPDATE**
We received the replacement sign from Square Signs on September 17, 2026, and the freight company picked up the damaged package they previously left in our parking lot.
The new package/crate for the replacement signs were intact and looked great with no signs of damage on the outside of the crate. Our personnel opened the package to try to visually inspect the sign(s), but did not want to completely remove them to avoid scratching, etc since we will not be able to install them for another week. From what he could see, he said they looked good. I can't wait to get them installed, and post a picture.
PREVIOUS REVIEW FOR FREIGHT SERVICE:
I have not received a sign that isn't damaged, yet.
The delivery service attempted to deliver a damaged sign twice, which we refused, and then yesterday after office hours while the office was closed, they delivered the same damaged sign that had previously been refused twice, and dropped it off in the office parking lot, without a signature.

Thank you for the update, and for your patience through all of this. What happened with the original delivery shouldn't have happened, and we're sorry you had to refuse the same damaged shipment twice before it was left in your lot. We're glad the replacement arrived in good condition and that the old crate has finally been collected.

I also really appreciate the full customization offered in terms is sizing which other companies don’t. Highly highly recommend!

The experience was good
The experience was good. The sign is very nice. I just didn't realize the text size needed changing, I assumed it would be the same size as the previous sign. I guess I didn't check the proof closely enough

Easy process to design!
Designing our sign on the website was very easy and intuitive. Delivery was very fast. Two nitpicks... First the holes for the standoffs are much larger that the through bolt and so there is lots of play there (maybe thermal/structural reasons?). Second was that the print on acrylic had a pinhole in it - upon closer examination there were tiny shards of plastic statically stuck to the back which were the obvious culprits.
