This company is a disgrace. They took over a website server (Weeby) then after 10 years having an account square decide to remove 3 x my usual fee for my website. After now writing to them to get a refund I have spent over a year getting excuses. ‘ the system’ don’t allow a refund, promises I’d get it, then not. Well over 50 emails and now nothing. Big corporation that steal money and no one is accountable. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I will go out of my way to never use them and tell people when possibleover 50 emails over the past 12 months trying to get a refund that was promised, revoked, promised revoked..excuses without end and eventually "policy' Square can't refund money after 120 days. So they stretched it out lonfg enough for 'policy'. Square took money unsolicited from my account and as a billion dollar payments company can't refund that money...as usual big corporations with ZERO accountability for the liitle guy..Unlucky for me..and I'm not the only one judging by feedback from others...

Just used Square for the first time. I haven’t seen any increasing number of people using it at market stalls, so decided to look into it. It was affordable and is very portable offering convenience to people who want to pay by a cashless option. Settings are good eg you can automatically add any fees to payments. It is very easy to use and email communication from square is excellent.

Square was super easy to set up and navigate - I was able to get the details to my customer and get a payment straightaway. My customer even had awesome feedback about the ease of being able to pay - she loved the fact that the process allowed her to scan her card so she didn't have to worry about entering her numbers incorrectly. I had been wrestling with the Square website integration for months thinking I was doing something wrong but it turned out to be a broken link within Square’s back end.
After sending a an email to their support team listing all the actions that I had attempted to rectify the situation, I received a reply the next day asking for some further information and Square were able to rectify the problem within the next 24 hours. I now have a functioning website.
I was very impressed with the quick response to my original email and the rectification of the problem within a day or so given the Int’l time frame.

I have used Square before, prior to the acceptance of NfP's being able to set up there own account and ran some NfP's under my business account as locations. Back then It was hard to navigate and the set up took longer. This time it was so easy and we were operational within about half an hour.
We needed POS facilities without all the hardware and/or third party options. I have set up a Square POS terminal and have always loved the continuity from Mobile phone to the POS terminal and now the handheld - this has made the accounting for our Lions cake sales and Shopping centre wrapping so much easier and Day end reporting and balancing is done in 5 minutes.
Loved it before now I am over the moon with the new hardware (we move around a bit so need to be mobile) and the functionality at the back end is just perfect
