We received a very high gas bill

We received a very high gas bill. I realised that we did a mistake submitting the meter reading but Leah was very helpful. She submitted the correct read and requested for a new bill to be issued. She also cancelled the pending direct debit until the new bill will be issued.

Watch your bills

Recieved a late Bill and was added the extra 6 days on my bill . I was given a lot of excuses and never have they put my meter readings actually on my bill. I will not be renewing

Received an email telling me that my…

Received an email telling me that my current deal is coming to an end, no actual date provided, then some details about what my deal is currently and then what its going to be.
The email failed to provide any pricing at all so I am still none the wiser.
Of course being NI the customer service department closes at 6 on a Friday for the weekend.
Thanks for being available to people who have a job and work monday to Friday.
Monday morning now on my 5th attempt to speak to a human.
I have selected the call back option 4 times. For your information SSE customer services it doesnt work.
You dont call people back.
Let's see if this review prompts any help from SSE.

Virtual and live assistants

The virtual assistant has never resolved any previous query and I have always ended up with a live assistant. No problems with the responses from the live assistant.

I would like to express my sincere…

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Aoife (Agent Number AB13174) for the outstanding service she provided.

Aoife assisted me in registering all 47 apartments at Calbeck Park, Commons Road, Dublin 22 for Catena Property Company, a task that took the entire day. Throughout the process, she was absolutely amazing to deal with. Her calm, professional manner made what could have been a very stressful and time-consuming experience feel smooth and manageable.

What really stood out was her ability to handle both the home energy side and the business side of the registrations with complete confidence and efficiency. She was knowledgeable, patient, and consistently reassuring, no matter how complex things became.

Aoife is a true credit to SSE Airtricity. Her dedication, professionalism, and exceptional customer service should not go unnoticed - she deserves great recognition for her work.

You're wasting my time

I just wanted to submit a meter reading. That's all. I was told it would be simple. IT WAS NOT.
I was given the run around on the phone line and then by what's app, after all of which I feel an even bigger fool bothering with this review charade. Simple solution..I need to change supplier. For my own sanity. An hour of my life gone so I can get an accurate bill. Let me talk to a real person or I'm gone!

I requested human contact!

I requested contact with a person to talk to on the BOT.
This was done in a very quick and efficient manner. I was looked after by Caitlin who managed to look after me very well, in spite of my very basic and slow use of the PC. My age means Tech stuff is still a bit of a challange to me but this contact went very well.

web chat transferred me from AI to a person seemlessly and the person was able to answer my questions. Though not able to complete my contract renewal, hence not 5 stars

No return call as advise by Jane in…

Update recieved return calls from Benjamin & Nathan.
Benjamin arranged an amicable agreement between SSE Aitricity & myself, hope that everything goes to plan & await new & final bill.
Reading between the lines can not understand for the overcharge + incorrect meter reads by ESB, resulting in a large final bill ?
Can only stipulate this setup is flawed if ESB gets it wrong in which they generally do, leaving me & Airtricity to sort.
No return call as advise by Jane in complaints.
Very bad service & overcharge recieved had to place direct debit on hold until a representative actually do their job and call me back.
