worst online shop. we ordered last Sept 25, 2022, but until now Oct 13 2022 we didn't receive our order.
every day we call customer service but they always give us the wrong information.

I made about 10 online orders from SSS in last 2-3 months, delivery was always fast and within 3 working days, in most cases even faster. Im writing this review because of their exceptional return policy - 2 times sizes didnt fit and i made an return request. They came for free, pick up the items and i get back money to my credit card. So many times i had problems with returns (with other companies who sell online) and SSS are just absolutely most profesional company in terms of that. 5 stars from me, i just cant believe when im reading all other reviews :D

I bought a pair of sneakers from their website and the order was approved and after a minute they messaged me that my size was not available. So my order was refunded. After 3 weeks I saw again my favourite sneakers with my available size and I ordered again on Oct.01. Same thing happened, they will receive your order with your size and after that they will message you that your size is not available. Poor service. Don't post the size if it's not available. Don't buy here.

Poor Logic delivery! Im location is Al Rigga Deira dubai but in the website map is always shown as “Al Murraqabat” the so what’s the purpose of locate ? Nothing because is not showing the true address! There’s other options like “Full address or somthing” I wrote my full address there but the delivery guy or the system don’t have any logic!

The online experience doesnt even deserve a one star ranking. I have returned an item a month ago, I received a confirmation that the item is in perfect condition, and my money is yet not refunded. They took almost 400 dirhams and keep saying the finance team is having an issue returning the money. DONT BUY online. The people on the store dont look at you if you go with a question if you get anything online!!

Awesome awesome service by representative Marie at Sharjah City Centre branch. Helped my sister choose her shoes for her flat feet, provided lot of guidance, stayed with us until a long time, brought out lot of options, helped fitting the insoles in the shoes. Towards the end we forgot the insoles at the shop and yet again the next day she found them and was at the door holding then when I reached to collect! Very good service provided by Marie, lot of appreciation and best wishes to her. Hope the management can reward her for her support and also knowledge about flat feet.

Honestly the worst sports shop you will ever see. Everything is low quality, whenever you want to order something, it should always say out of stock ( after you complete the purchase and it'll take more than 14 days to refund the money). Weak Customer service they don't know what's going on on the website, giving you a pathetic excuse ( we are having trouble with the website ). I highly advise you to think twice before buying from them.

NOTE* this review is just for their website, the physical store is good since you can try the product and try the quality before buying it.

This one start am only putting it as i just received the Converse all star AE01824893. The shoes sole peeled of after i wore them the second time and customer service was so pathetic, i wouldn't recommend anyone to use Sun and Sands Sports!

I bought a running shoes online using SSS app and used the discount app as advertised. Shoe arrived but with damage (warehouse staff did not inspect items before sending). Returned the shoes and refunded my money. I want the same model of shoe badly so I purchased again. Price is not the same as I purchased before, not my luck I guess, new shoe came and again with damage. Before sending it back I tried to buy the same shoes, much higer price now!!!
I went to Deira City centre Branch to complain personally. Talked with their "App Guy" (AG) 1st. He's suggestion return and buy again the shoes is I really want it. Another staff came tried to de-escalate the situation. He said he will talk to manager. Manager did not came out and told me by the staff that AG will email to raise the concern. Next day i called the AG to check for update. He told me to go to website contact Custumer care to resolve incident. Same answer I got from Customer care. Return item and wait for refund. Exchange is no longer an option. Why is SSS does not return and replace the item?
Be carefull in buying their items online. They will send you damaged item so that you will go for the return and refund option and next time you buy it will be on a higher price.

The worst management in UAE working in SSS,
Dear mr. Abdul Aziz sir, you might not know about the current situations, but i wish you review with all the staffs to know your management's, I don't know who hired them without having humanity in this world,
I have been worked for 6 year and 6 month
Since 2016 january to 2022 july. Since 2020 management request me to handle the store though i am sales man, but i did, i managed bawadi sports market at 2020, Al ain mall sports market at 2021 and Highstreet 1284 at 2022 having lots of hope in myself for some growth, but at the end when they time comes to save their own job they terminated on the same day at july 27-2022 without any notice, no mail, no communication, my store manager call me and told me to be there in head office tomorrow, i asked him but he told i dont know, thats a cheating and out of law,
Without any notice and without any proper communication how you can remove a staff in just one day atleast inform them give few months periods to find job, we are also human we have family,
Wallah GOD is there, you will realize one day.

Worst customer service! I ordered black jacket and receive blue! And they can only process return and refund, and it will take 3 weeks just to take it.

Very very bad online shopping experience. They send hundred emails on offers, but not one email on e wallet expiry. the whole credit i had was gone and that too i knew when i kept on asking them. never ever going to shop from them.

Every time I order, there is something wrong, either they send wrong size , different items, out of stock, missing item… and all what u can do is return, so u will have to bare again shipping few to reorder…
So unprofessional and bad experience with every single order I did. They prefer to return 12 dhs Sox instead of apologizing n offer to keep it n bare the cost l(which is less than shipping cost)

Worst service ever!
I made 2 different orders for 2 pairs of shoes.
In 2 days i received both orders and BOTH WITH WRONG SIZES🤦🏼‍♀️
They dont have EXCHANGE. So i had to give back(
Cause it was “cash on delivery” the company cant give my money back. Only refund as a voucher inside the shop to buy again.
The same day i did the order again, ordered MY SIZE. And what happened the next day?
I got the WRONG SIZE again!

And the consultant said that they sent the right size🤦🏼‍♀️ After making some mess and promising call the police (cause i paid 2 TIMES and still didnt got the order) they promised to give money back on my card. So i am waiting the refund now.

Never recommend the shop to anybody!

I ordered a nike shoes but i think its fake. Im not just so sure but i also had nike shoes but this one from sun and sands sports the insole stamp scraped right away rightnon the very first time that i used it.

I bought a puffer-jacket today from Sun Sand Sports online shop, which I need for my travels in a few days. Unfortunately it is too small. I want a refund as I do not need anything else from them. The only way to communicate is through the website customer support. No phone number provided. The customer support could not give me the contact for the manager. They advised that I cannot take the jacket to the shop for a refund. I have to wait 5-7 days when they will collect and give a credit wallet. I may not be here when they come to collect the item. This is awful service!!! I have purchased from several other online stores and their return policies were much more consumer-centric: full refund and return at the store. I will never buy from this shop again, online or in-store. I feel like i have been ripped-off. What an awful stressful experience.

The absolute worst customer service I have come across. Previously, they never delivered part of my order, no amount of following up helped. This time around I filed a return a month ago but no one ever showed up for it. Again, no amount of chasing brought any results whatsoever.

If I could give this company minus 10 stars I would. Steering clear from now on.

Worst!!! I have ordered a basketball shoes for my nephew paired with a socks that matched its color. Item placed, paid and all and they emailed me that the shoes is out of stock!!! I quickly chatted to the customer service to cancel the order and told me they cannot cancel it and they will escalate my complaint! The next day they delivered the socks and i told them i dont need it anymore and they like “ we cannot return it for hygiene purposes!” Now tell me what I will do with this pair of socks without the shoes?!

Still can’t get my online refund after weeks of returning the item! A company that has many physical branches can’t get their act together! Don’t buy online nor offline. They are overpriced anyway. Avoid at all costs
