Unprofessional customer care
My experience with Sun & Sand Sports has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. They delivered the wrong shoe size not once, but twice. After finally returning the item more than a week ago, I am still waiting for my refund, even though their own app states it should be processed within 1–2 days. I have now been struggling with them for over a month between wrong deliveries and refund delays. This level of service is unacceptable and has caused a lot of frustration and wasted time.

I have bought a Running shoe & short from DCC Sun & Sand Sports.
One of the Sales Person (Jose) guide me very well & explain about the offer, on spend of 1000Aed Plus & will get the Voucher. But he didn't inform me that offer is valid till 7th of September, while i am doing a purchasing on 6th of September.
After selection, I went to the Counter where the Lady Cashier said "Yes" ....no greetings or Hi at least, (Very Aggressive) i don't want to mention her name.. Management can found it on Invoice number.. Once i done the payment process, she shared the slip and i ask her where is the Voucher she replied wait.. (which is very rude to deal with the customers) She didn't inform me any thing about the Voucher that 7th is the last day of Promotion. Which is my mistake as well i haven't read the expiry date of Voucher.
I ask to the sale Person (Jose), who is just next to me on counter, till when i can use the Voucher, and he replied till this month end. I informed him i will visit next week, so he can assist me, & he confirmed.
I visit again on 13-sep-2025. where i have ask few sales persons about (Jose) no one gave me proper answer, So i went to the cash counter for the assistance the Gentleman Cashier refused as the Voucher date is expired on 7th already.
One Lady on Cash Counter she went to the Senior person on the store to assist me, i was following her as well, the Senior person refused as well, he can't do anything as its expired. I was watching him, he couldn't even bother to come and explain me.
Where i felt the Poor Customer Service start from the Seniors..
I am not expecting some will assist me to get my Voucher back, But they can improve the service, Miscommunications, errors are happen in operations that's why we have superiors to solves this, Else there is not difference between staff and Seniors..

Defective Product
I bought a pair of leggings online and received a defective item. I reported the issue with photos showing defect just one week after delivery, but they refused to accept the return. Very disappointed with the poor customer service and lack of proper product inspection. Will not be ordering again.

Extremely Disappointed — Faulty Product & Manipulative Customer Service
I purchased the Nike Zoom Invincible Run 3 (Triple Black) from Sun & Sand Sports. It’s the most expensive Nike running shoe (~AED 1,000) — and a known faulty line. Every store I visited (Dubai Hills, Mall of the Emirates, Dubai Marina) had pairs with defective heel foam peeling — including the one I ended up buying.
I had major heel surgery in March and bought this shoe specifically for post-recovery walking. I barely used it due to travel and recovery — only to return in August and find the heel foam peeling badly again. It’s clearly a manufacturing defect, not wear and tear.
When I returned to the store, staff acknowledged the defect but refused a refund — only offering an exchange or gift card. I escalated through customer service. After days of back and forth, I learned that both store staff and customer support were being directed by the same area manager who kept stonewalling my refund request, despite clear evidence of a faulty product.
To make matters worse:
• I was misled and manipulated multiple times.
• A store manager insinuated I gave the shoes to someone else, questioning my integrity.
• I waited over an hour in-store, promised a call back, and was completely ignored.
This is not how a professional company should treat a customer — especially one dealing with a medical condition and a product clearly not fit for purpose.
I’m not asking for a favor. I’m demanding my legal right to a refund for a defective product.
Sun & Sand — take accountability. You’ve lost my trust completely.

Six months of pure frustration – utterly incompetent service!
I strongly advise against ordering from Sun & Sand Sports in Dubai.
Six months ago, I placed an order as a gift for my sister – a size 38. They sent me a size 36 instead. Simple mistake? Maybe – but that’s when the nightmare began.
I requested an exchange, and not once, not twice, but three times in a row, they sent me the same wrong size again (size 36). Despite my complaints, they kept repeating the exact same error.
To make things worse, they ended up modifying the order history in their backend system to show that I had originally ordered size 36 – which is absolutely false. Thankfully, I had taken screenshots of the original order. This level of manipulation is dishonest, and borderline fraudulent.
In the end, the size 38 became unavailable, and I couldn’t even give my sister her gift. Total disappointment.
Fast forward to today – I thought I’d give them another chance. Big mistake. I placed a new order for my son: size 23. And guess what? I received a huge adult size 40 instead. This is beyond incompetence – it's surreal.
Sun & Sand Sports has shown time and time again they cannot be trusted with online orders. Poor service, lack of accountability, and zero professionalism.
Save yourself the stress – DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

i made an order 27th of july then its say processing already they took the first payment as well, ETA is on the 30th which is today i checked again on the status of the delivery then i was surprised that the item is refunded already! seriously without my consent without my knowing they will not reach out to you like they have time to do it no email or call? ever since im ordering to this company just now experienced this worst service at all you guys have too much bad reviews then why its still happening it means your not making actions on every complaint? you have many ideas now how to make a good service but still nothing you will just copy paste a message saying "sorry" for every complaint? for everyone who read this think twice before you order to sun and sand sports they will just give you a headache

Among all of the online shops here in uae sun and sands delivery services is the worst. They will deliver without calling customer ahead. As a result I did not get my order. Delivery staff reached out to me when the time i raised a complain but still nothing happened. After weeks of complaining, calls and emails finally STILL nothing happens. No one reaches out if what happened to the issue. Very poor customer service too.

The worst experience I've ever had
The worst experience I've ever had, I bought a long sleeve swim suit bottom and top set, I only received the bottom, I called to resolve it and they asked me to wait for a call of 24 to 48 hours, today is Monday, and my trip is Thursday morning and in addition to not sending the missing part they will return the money to the account which means that it will take a while after the 48 hours of the call I will still have to wait for the bank to return the money, in short I bought a swimsuit to travel and ended up without it due to the store's irresponsibility.

Horrible service at Yas Mall - would not recommend.
- I purchased Under Armour for my son's birthday (advised sales associate it was a birthday gift and was assured I could exchange).
- When I returned to exchange for a different size I was told the time has passed - seems I only had 14 days but no one advised me of this at the point of sale - despite me making it clear this was a gift.
- I left the receipt with a sales associate who assured me he could sort it out - he simply had to contact Head Office to get approval to exchange the item.
- Received a call from a female sales associate blithely advising me in a sing song voice "no, Head office will not allow, Bye"!
- I complained strongly and told her I needed someone to call me back to discuss properly. She assured me someone would call but I am still waiting - 2 weeks and counting.
Terrible customer service from Sun and Sand Sports. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I ordered 3 pairs of socks from Sun & Sand Sports. Only 2 arrived. I followed up multiple times by email, and finally they told me the third item was out of stock and I would be refunded. I clearly said I don’t want the item anymore.
Days later, a delivery guy came with the cancelled item. I refused it, but he came back and left it at my door anyway. ( IMile delivery service ) I even received an email saying it was delivered — seriously?
On top of that, I cancelled another order before it was even delivered. I followed their instructions, refused the package, and was told I’d get a refund. Still nothing.
I’ve followed up multiple times. NO reply. NO refund. ZERO communication.
It’s just socks, but the way they handled it is unbelievable. If this is how they treat customers, I will never order from them again. There are better stores with better service in the UAE.

I had the worst experience with Sun and sand online shopping. I order 1 shoes for my son, and want to return it due to size. The box from 1 side was little scratched. It's been more than 1 week I'm waiting the return confirmation with daily follow ups.. and still no feedback from the company to return the intact shoe. It will be my last time I order from this online company

Bad experience
I bought Asics from this company online, after one use the stitching failed and I returned them to my local store. I was told they would not accept them and to call customer service. After 30 min someone answered my call, I was required to fill in the details and take photos etc
I was told this would take 24-48 hours, this actually took 5 days.
I was then finally asked to bring them back to the store for inspection !!

I had the worst online shopping experience with Sun & Sands. I placed an order on April 30, and the confirmation email indicated an estimated delivery date between May 1 and May 3. However, as of today, I have not received my order, nor have I received any updates via email or phone.
I attempted to contact customer service multiple times—called the provided number (which does not ring) and sent emails—but received no response. The lack of communication and support is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.
This experience has been a major disappointment, and I will not be ordering from Sun & Sands again. A lesson learned.

If I can give zero star I would've done it, the worst experience ever I ordered online in kuwait and waited almost 3week for it to be delivered and it was the wrong sizes, returned it and did the whole exchange thing and waited again for a hell of a time and when delivered guess what same wrong sizes I asked for full refund delivery fees included and they didn't reply to my email created a return request on my behalf and when returned they didn't cash me back the delivery fees and IT WAS THEIR FAULT THE TWO TIMES, i don't recommend it to anyone
