The worst service ever. They just keep giving false promises and do not rectify the issues. I’d never recommend anyone to buy anything from them.

Got a call from Hend Yassin from the sun and sands team and she resolved my issue immediately. Was very happy to hear them and how she sorted my issue.

I Ordered Shoes from them 2 times and had no issues
The delivery experience was good and fast.
The sizing was perfect.
The site is overall excellent!

I bought a Nike hoodie for around 350aed. I have not even had it a year and despite having followed ALL washing instructions, the company has refused to do anything about this sun-standard garment sold which is clearly over priced. Of course after a few months no one expects to still have the receipt, especially as they will not do anything after a month anyway, but the company is refusing to take accountability for over pricing and selling a product which is clearly sub standard. They have offered NO solution- only an apology! Sorry will not bring back my 360aed! This is unacceptable and ridiculous. I will never buy from them again!

Worse company ever online sun and sand. I ordered several items and I received only 1. I have been struggling with these people to solve the problem. no response except automatic replies, or we will get to you later. I did my own investigation and I called the delivery service (quiqup) who brought the package and they told me that Sun and sand only gave them on item in a small box. This company is irresponsible and actually this is the second time that happens. I will advise anyone to stay away from this company as you will get nowhere with them. There is no proper management or supervision or a person you can talk too. This company actually does not obey by its own rules and ethics. They say they will deliver in 3 days maximum . This never happens. They send you a message, they say they will let you known with 48 hours, which translated into 48 days or never. It is a shame - You can rot in hell as you took my money with no right.

The only reason they get one star is because zero is not an option. Absolutely appalling customer service. Online order delivered within 3 days. A week and 3 days later I am still waiting. Engage with Chat to be told under investigation. Received generic emails saying 'looking into it', Clearly no idea of Customer service or simple stock control/management. If you purchase anything here be prepared to never see it, never have communications from them and know you are dealing with a company that clearly has no respect for the customer or contract of sale that was entered into by purchase.

Bought Nike jogging bottoms, within 2 weeks they were ripping at the seam. Took them back to the store & was informed I can’t exchange or have a refund until it has been authorised by head office, which takes a couple of days. I was then told I will be phoned & I’ve then got to drive back to the store to exchange. Coming from London where customer service is good, this just seems ridiculous. Puts me off buying anything in Dubai !!

This company is so bad. Worst customer service ever seen in my life. I ordered a pair of shoes two months ago and due to size change I am kept waiting for nearly a month. The online representative only uses copy paste dialogue. Do not buy with this company again. Better buy from Namshi. Pathetic customer service

Its been a month now and yet no delivery. Simply taking money, everyday chatting with customer but the same answer, they still investigating at this time. Worst of the worst online shopping experience.

If there would have been a zero star option , I’d click that .
Horrid experience insulting to say the least . They send me a damaged item and making me work hard for it and to exchange it with an undamaged item .

Absolute disgrace

Made an online purchase - Size for some of the items was incorrect, not to worry order stipulated you have 14 days to address this issue.

So I email SSS, a couple of days post delivery (online orders can’t be exchanged in store) and I’m told that they can’t do a refund or item exchange because their arbitrary points you get after any purchase have been credited already and this process can’t be reversed???

I email back and indicate that I checked out as a guest and to delete the points because I’ll never use them, also I’m after an item exchange, not a refund!

A few days pass and I get another email informing me that my order was only able to be exchanged after 7 days not 14 and they still can’t help….

Regardless my enquiry was within the 7 days, I gave up at this point. They obviously didn’t want to help a customer.

After spending over a 1000AED and only wanting a couple of items resized, I his was an extremely disappointing result. I won’t be shopping with SSS again!

I am very happy with my experience! I ordered yesterday and today I already have received my order! Thank you very much!

Thi is the worst company i have ever dealed with first they didn't deliver the order and then they didn't want to cancel the order it took a month i chat with them evreyday to cancel the order and they tell the same answers and that someone will contact me and it will end soon but it never happend there customer service is so bad you feel like your talking to robots and a bad ones sometimes they close the chat they always says they will help you but does what ever you are asking about they don't know the answers and after they finally canceled they said that i will get my refund in 3to 5 days and it is now two weeks and i didn't get anything i realy want know why on earth it took a month to cancel an order they failed to deliver didn't happen toe with any other website i don't recommend it to anyone

This is the WORST company I've ever dealt with! They have no customer service at all. They refused to let me exchange a gift because it was a day past the deadline. I was a very loyal customer and would buy all of our sport items from there. They have lost a valuable customer for life!

Very very bad company in dubai jebal ali freezone, don't apply anyone, management is a nonsense people.

Worse experience ever, starting from the payment counter in Mall of the Emirates and finishing customer service support . Will not recommend to any of my friends!! Very disappointed, I am calling now each day to follow up for my case… nothing is resolved . Never see in UAE this service !
