First off. The ONLY thing this site has going for it is that your redemptions hit within like an hour of approval. Rest of this site and customer service is TRASH!!! Seriously. I won’t a $20 hand on gravity blackjack with a $2 side bet. Won the side bet for dealer bust and got paid $4 instead of $44. And no one wants to seem to help me with this situation. They keep tellin me the same thing everytime. Someone’s looking into it. Like sure they are. Play at your own risk.

It was really fun, and i really want to give them 2 or 3 stars cuz they had a GREAT selection of games. After playing for awhile , when I finally won enough to cash out, all of the sudden they accused me of living in a different state that i've never even been in!!I They accused me of using a VPN and I don't even know what that is. (Well i do now) but No, other online sweepstakes casino has ever told me that I was in another state or that i was using VPN, it was something they made up, or they didn't have a good enough location checker, or hell... I don't know what it is, but it was very disappointing.I was VERY upset as anybody should be when you get wrongfully accused of something . BIGGEST one was the fact that they never responded to me when I asked them about it. It realllllly made me mad. Ididn't just ask once. N that will make ur IP address show different.ecause cellular data uses an IP address routed through distant T-Mobile servers (gateways), not your phone's GPS, leading to inaccurate location data for apps that rely on IP geolocation.. BUT SOMEHOW similar game sweepstake casino sites seem to know i'm not in that state???? So I don't know what happened here, but they weren't even trying to hear it. AND Had NO desire to listen to me or even TRY to look at anything.I sent . I figured that they just didn't want to pay me my little hundred dollars and i had to accept it n just charge it to the game n move on. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I just figured cause there was some really good name game providers on their website that it was ok and legit but i had great fun 2. Lits of game choicea. Total waste of time. I spent over $50 on this site and didn't ever get ahead of where I started. I tried several different games and got the same result... no hits, no bonuses, no fun. They have a decent amount of games to choose from but most are just a variation of the same games. The platform is lacking in enticement and I was pretty bored within 10 minutes of playing.

I've lost like $67 dollars in less than 10 minutes, if that, and these were low coinage spins, I probably would have lost it faster on dollar spins.

Faced extreme discrimination for having a two letter last name... then falsely accused of creating duplicate accounts using a "bogus" last name. Stackrcasino's site requires a minimum of 3 characters for the last name field. To get past this restriction, the only method I could conceive of was to put a space between the two characters. I had also verified my account with my ID without problems and had my account for quite some time. My family members and I were essentially accused of being 1 person having duplicate accounts despite us having verified our information. Customer support was adamant about us being fraudsters specifically citing the fact that our last names used are "bogus". All of our account have been blocked at this time, even when I explained to support that the reason there is a space between the two letters in our last name is due to the site not allowing less than 3 characters in the last name field. Either way, at this time they have not apologized for their error or given a response at all. If they are going to be so rude and shady, perhaps they did me a favor blocking me. I used now kind of like stackrcasino, but as of now they belong in the trash, because their support is just that. This review really doesnt do justice in regards to how terrible they... I wish I could include screenshots.

I had been collecting on Stackr for a while as to partake in its sweepstakes.
When I finally gathered enough coins and played them, Stackr refused to honor my redemption by throwing terms and services about ridiculous rules, saying I didn't play enough.
Not worth giving them any business if they don't honor their terms.

"A warning sign on Trustpilot about this platform being predatory speaks volumes. On February 3, 2025, after I had spent a significant amount of money, they refused to pay my weekly bonus. They claimed these bonuses were only for losses, and since I had cashed out that week, I hadn't incurred any. This contradicted their previous policy.
Then, when a friend signed up using my referral link, they failed to pay the $20 referral bonus I was owed. On February 15, 2025, they claimed my friend used the wrong email address, which was untrue.

Don't bother with this version of the website. Made an account, won enough to redeem. Got an error message when trying to redeem. Contacted their 3rd party processor to see if they had an issue, they didn't have an issue. Emailed support for stackrcasino.com. They tried to gaslight me and then deleted my account. Just pathetic business strategy. Other social casinos aren't afraid of f2p winners. Do not waste your time and effort or money.

COMPLETLEY RIGGED CASINO SITE. They took away the daily login credit and added a rigged wheel that spins on GC everyday - everytime. I literally watched this wheel spin onto $3 SC and then somehow it slowly kept moving and lands on a GC win EVERYDAY.

Oh and by the way if you do someone land on let's say the $0.10SC from this rigged wheel then they require you to play through 3X of that before it expires. So that means you need to play $0.30SC and you only have a balance of $0.10SC or they will expire your balance.
