I started in December 2023, choose Stage5 because they support Sierra Chart with Teton. Very happy with outstanding costumer service. My main contact is Kevin who is always prompt and attentive. Definitely my business is important to Stage5, and I feel that I am in good hands. Thank you very much.

Kevin McGee, the representative I worked with on my onboarding, was very polite, and helpful. I always received quick replies and amazing help with all my questions and requests.

I asked them for help unfortunately they lied taking my time waiting for verifications for 6 business.The problem is because I need fast account for sierra charts.After this 6 days they told me to transfer money to United states for finally approve verifications.So I need again wait for couple days.
So if you have enough time to wait for they desires and fulfield each of them then you can wait them

I chose Stage5 because they support Sierra Chart with Teton order handling which are very fast.
The online account management in Stage5 use Advantage Futures for holding my funds. I cannot transfer in and out in the website, but I need to write my Stage5 for transfers. They always reply fast and effectively.

Do not believe the 2 reviews that are trashing Stage 5 Trading. They must be from a competitor, and a quick google search will show you who would want to disparage Stage 5. I was one of Stage 5's first clients. Anthony is the best broker out there, all though he is now in charge of Stage 5 since the previous owner abandoned it and it's clients for a new chatroom and brokerage. Anthony is patient, helpful and always fair. I have never experienced what the other reviews are talking about. Do margins increase when there is volatility? Yes, as they do with every other brokerage out there. Are the commissions as cheap as something like Tradovate? That depends on how much you trade, similar to many introducing brokers. Stage 5's group has always been quick to respond to emails and phone calls, guiding me whenever I needed to change platforms or data providers or just had a question about something. My recommendation if you are unsure what to do given these divergent reviews would be to reach out to Stage 5 as well as a few other brokers and see who you feel is the most responsive, helpful, and is a good match for you to work with in what is a very difficult industry to be successful in. See if Stage 5 is right for you. Good luck!

They steal in one word. Pointless cuts. They get high commissions. This is acceptable. But even if you don't trade, they charge you $20-$30 every day. It doesn't matter if it is a weekend. They cut it on Monday, cut it on Wednesday, cut it on Sunday, it doesn't matter for them.

At first when I began trading last year with this company everything went smoothly. There was an employee named Ian who was reliable and professional who I would contact for any issues that arose. Once he left, around the end of last year (2019), this company slowly began to show its true colors. For months Stage5 charting had glitches from data freezes, chart activity not matching pricing, total chart freezes and on. As volatility has picked up, Stage5 has continuously raised margin pricing to the latest requiring a minimum of $1320.00 to trade one $5.00 micro ES contract. The fees on this trade, in and out, come to eighty cents, leaving a $4.20 profit on a $5.00 trade. And if you want to trade after hours or before market open, only one ES contract is allowed during these time periods. As far as trading one mini ES $50 contract, that now requires a minimum of $3300. The pricing of Stage5 is beyond any other company I've called. As far as customer service, the few employees that seem to run this company have a generally impatient, condescending attitude. Phone calls are unreturned, emails unanswered. After checking around I realized I need to run from this company that is clearly taking advantage of traders during this volatile time by upping the margin requirements beyond anything that is professionally acceptable. Day trading is difficult enough; you don't have to put up with a firm that, while taking your money, acts as if they're doing you a big favor. Do your homework - check around. And skip Stage5.
