Shaun was a legend and waited an extra minute for me to rush over from the ferry to catch the bus, and he made sure I knew where to get off at the right place in Lochranza. Absolutely lovely bus driver on the Isle of Arran. He was so helpful to other passengers as well. I think he deserves a reward. His help meant I didn't have to wait a few hours for the next bus, top man!

The Link line is so incredibly slow I'm thankful after this week I'll never have to use it in eastbourne ever again. Why are we stopping for 10-15 minutes in the rush of the morning? People need to go to work and every. Single. Time. I've taken this bus they go on break. I have to leave MUCH earlier because I can't depend on this bus being on time.

I was trying to a bus and the guy said i cant get on for no reson and said have fun getting back to lossie when i did nothing and this is outrages and he looked pretty ypung and i am fewming so this better get delt with

They don’t deserve any stars, absolutely shocking! You cannot speak to ‘Customer Services’ they do not exist. Lost an item on Folkestone bus but had to return home (200 miles away) before they managed to reply to my lost item email. They did email to say my item had been found but only said come to collect in Dover! I could not get any response to my requests for them to return it even though I said I would pay postage.

The bus driver on the Cheltenham-Gloucester on the 26th June 2026, at 18:25 (98 bus) just took a sleeping homeless man’s money from where he is sleeping and pocketed it. Not only that but stood on the only thing the poor soul had to sleep in. How Stage coach could employ a sick and disrespectful person is beyond me. He deserves the sack after stealing from a person that has nothing to their name.

I rang today to make a complaint about the behaviour of a bus driver in Over Norton , Oxfordshire 09:20 today.
A Complete waste of time they do give you any feedback so i cancelled the complaint against the driver.
No feedback, no point an awful company from the driver of the bus to the complaints manager.

Busses and coaches should employ drivers that can reverse, use bus lanes and not stop for a chat, making a bad situation worse. One driver told me his bus is too big to reverse, how on earth did he pass his test?

If you are a student or traveler looking to actually reach your destination, look elsewhere. Our experience with Stagecoach today (Thursday, 18th June 2026) was an absolute nightmare, combining systemic technical failures with an appalling lack of professionalism. Our trust is completely broken.

Here is exactly what happened:

* Morning Service (Departure from Edinburgh): Ghost bus. The service was marked as active on both the Stagecoach mobile app and the station's electronic displays, yet it never arrived. This caused our first major, unexpected delay of the day.

* Evening Service (St Andrews Bus Station): Total misinformation. The scheduled bus suddenly vanished from the digital screen. Originally assigned to Stand 3, it pulled up at Stand 5 instead and prepared to leave ahead of time without a single announcement or update.

* Unprofessional and Hostile Driver: Realizing the bus was at the wrong gate, we ran toward it. We politely and respectfully gestured to the driver (a female driver, heavy build, short hair) pleading with her to open the doors. Not only did she refuse with pure malice, but she completely escalated the situation by calling station security on us—even though our approach was entirely peaceful, cordial, and non-aggressive.

Paying customers and students were left stranded late at night solely due to inaccurate gate information and a hostile, unhelpful driver.

Stagecoach respects neither its schedules nor its passengers. We are permanently boycotting this line, an official corporate complaint has been lodged, and we strongly urge the entire community to avoid this service entirely. Save yourself the stress and stay away!

So they run an advertising campaign on Scottish Television telling people "If you are over 60 years of age you can now travel free on Stagecoach services usig your travel pass (NEC)".

So I visit their site hoping to find out which destinations they go to and there is no sign of anything, just a link to timetables, but when you get there it asks you "which bus number do you want a timetable for" I have never used this companies services before so I don't know one single bus service number? So I email them and ask them "Is there a page on your site where I can look to see what destinations your buses go to or somewhere where I can see the timetables using bus service to and from certain areas"......a week has gone by now and NOTHING, no response whatsoever. What is the point in spending money on tv advertising then just ignoring potential customers? DUH! Disgraceful. Guess who will NEVER be using this companies services EVER!?

The bus driver is rude and keeps targeting me, being very aggressive and shouting at me. 3 days ago he stopped to let an elderly gentleman off of the bus, I got on and he shouted “learn to read the sign the bus stop now closed” there was no sign on the bus stop, there was no indication on the stagecoach app of the stop being closed as it recommended I get on at that exact stop that I got on at. I recorded him I shared the video and a day later I was getting bullied and vile messages from the drivers family on social media. I’ve complained several times about the driver who has shouted at me before and deliberately missed my stop when I pressed the button, it’s left me stressed, anxious and depressed. Stagecoach don’t seem to care and are not treating the complaint with any kind of urgency.

Shocking service. Buses don’t turn up and the app says they have departed. Clearly a case of communal blindness as a vehicle as big as a double decker bus slips by all of us who have been waiting for twenty minutes. They do this so often it’s not funny. Clearly nobody in a responsible position in the company gives a damn. Nationalise buses again so useless fat cats don’t get wealthy on crap services.

The driver had to brake very harshly. This caused me to be thrown into the windscreen. The impact smashed the windscreen, and i sustained a slight concussion, and a chipped shoulder bone with heavy bruising. The bus had to be taken out of service.
The driver was very concerned over the incident. At no point has anyone from stagecoach contacted me about the incident. This i put down to me not taking legal action. Paraphrase I should.

Nearly £16 for two to take a single from Montrose to Gourdon. No wonder no one uses public transport anymore. Daylight robbery. Ember bus service opened and hope it puts the x7 completely out. Prices are disgusting.

Some busses drives very fast, I think faster than allowed? from Aberdeen to Fraserburgh. It was really scary. But back we had a nice driver and from Aberdeen to Stonehaven it was one time also a fast driver. Other was very nice. The Day Rider Ticket is nice but should now that the Aberdeen Day Rider is only for Stage busses and not the lila busses that we have to pay again expensive!

Absolutely disgusting all bus drivers allow people to vape on bus even though it is illegal to do so and it is clearly signposted all over the bus.

Honestly just give up.

Buses are very nice and comfy, however, a lot of bus drivers are really rude. There have been multiple times when I run from the bus and they see me and close the door right in front of me, I literally make it and as I about to get on the bus they start to shut the door and I see them snickering to themselves as if it funny. To do that to a child is just mean and we all have places to be so it is inconvenient.

The 5 Carnforth high in the morning , the guy driving was very friendly on 20 may .

Bus was due , as per the stagecoach app, at 10:33. We got to the bus stop at 10:30 but it had already gone. What on earth is the point of a timetable and the app if the bus driver doesn’t keep to it?? Useless
