The customer service was outstanding—they kept us updated on the shipment the whole way and even upgraded us to faster shipping when they learned our wedding was this weekend. That really made a huge difference and took a lot of stress off our plates.

I’m really disappointed with my…
I’m really disappointed with my experience so far.
I placed an order for a pair of wedding bands on March 21 (Order #21702), and since then the status has remained “confirmed” with no updates at all. According to your own FAQ, processing should take around two weeks, but it has already been longer than that.
I have sent multiple emails and messages through your inbox, and I haven’t received any response. There’s been no shipping confirmation, no tracking number, and no communication whatsoever.
This is very frustrating, especially considering the importance of this purchase. At the very least, I expect clear communication and an update on my order status.
I would appreciate an urgent response regarding my order.
