Dodgy shipping

Die Ware wurde am 15.04.23 bestellt und erst am 03.06.2023 mit einer Überraschung geliefert.
Am 15.04.2023 gab ich auf der Seite "stamprints dott com" meine Bestellung für fast 90€ auf. Heute ist 12.05.2023 und die Bestellung wurde nicht mal versendent. Ich bekam keine Benachrichtigung darüber, dass die Ware versendet wurde. Meine zahlreiche Emails auf "support(at)stamprints dott com" wurden nicht beantwortet. Und die Email an "info(at)stamprints dott com" kam zurück. Ich weiß nicht, was ich denken soll.
P.S. Heute ist 03.06.2023 und ich bekam meine Bestellung. Am 26.05.2023 bekam ich eine Benachrichtigung, dass die Ware versendet wurde.
Alle Artikeln sind wunderschön.
...Bis auf Washi Tape-Set "50CM Trial-Sized Japanese MT Vintage Floral Washi Tape, Size: 50mm × 500mm" für 13,16€.
Diese kamen in einem ganz kleinen 4-eckigen dünnen Format vielleicht in der Länge 60cm (!) und nicht in den Rollen mit der Länge 5 Meter, wie es auf der Seite angezeigt ist.
Habe dies auf "support(at)stamprints dott com" reklamiert.
