Twelve Years ago, I asked Starplan to design and fit wardrobes in two standard size bedrooms and in small one bedroom, I was originally told that the small bedroom could not be fitted out but the salesman came up with a design approved by the company and provided a double door wardrobe and an angular fitted shelved area with a Glass fitted door, an excellent job admired by visitors.
.Preparing for visitors I took out a filled drawer to remove something from the space at the back of the drawer, and I placed the drawer on a bed and walked away. The drawer fell of and was damaged, obviously my negligence.
I asked Starplan if the drawer could be repaired and it was not only repaired but replaced, very generously without payment.
I have been satisfied with their product for over twelve years, and I continue to express my total satisfaction for products which will continue to last for the future.

Starplan were brilliant from the first time I stepped into there showroom. Chantelle was brilliant the design she came up with for my room was fantastic she always kept me update on everything. To the two men that fitted it for me they were brilliant and the finishing touch is brilliant thank you so much

My son broke the mirror in his wardrobe recently so I rang the Wednesbury showroom. Aimee who took the call was very polite and professional in dealing with the problem and knowledgeable. The service manager Sid contacted exactly as Aimee promised. Sid was great, he knew his stuff, the product and the detail issues in replacing the mirror. The day after the door was with them, Sid rang again to inform me all repaired and arranged the return. We bought the bedroom furniture a fair few years ago, the after service and response was excellent. I don't often write reviews but must admit I was very impressed with both Aimee and Sid with the customer service and liaison that reflects well on Starplan. Thank you both and thank you Starplan, great bedroom furniture.

The Starplan Team did a great job from start to finish in installing my bedroom fitted wardrobes.

A really great company to work with. This was my third order of fitted bedroom furniture in 15yrs. Each time the quality of workmanship and products have been first class. The staff are so knowledgeable and happy to work around schedules.

John from Dungannon store was especially helpful in arranging installation date changes and design ideas to incorporate a television in the middle of the wardrobe, plug and USB sockets included and with drawers underneath. He suggested continuing the wardrobes on around the corner to allow for more storage.

Would absolutely recommend, such a professional company with sturdy solid furniture. The first bedroom fitted 15yrs ago is still perfect & looks as new as the last bedroom fitted.

Great customer service from Jennifer, realy knew the products and helped us visualise the slide robe. Delivey ran smoothly arrived on time even thought there was a storm weather warning. Guys were very clean, covered the floors were they were walking.

Order was made on September 17th for December 1st fitting. Bedroom was delivered minus a few items. The main issue was included was a bed that didn’t fit the space that was measured. This was due to the bed not being measured by the worker who came out to the house originally. Bed had to be ordered from a different company as they ‘don’t do beds they do wardrobes’

When a re-delivery date was arranged for the missing items they arrived and did not fit-although this company specialises in fitted bedrooms. Refund was given and other companies were looked at

Staff responded to my questions and queries however were not able to fix issues fully themselves.

We made three visits to Starplan Bangor before finally deciding on the bedroom furniture we wanted and each time Heather was extremely helpful and patient. Nothing was too much trouble. We are looking forward to receiving our new furniture next month.

The units I got are great very pleased with the whole service I got from starplan from the sales person to the delivery people, it didn’t take them long to fix them into the room and place them were I wanted them to go , I would recommend starplan to my friends if they are looking for new bedroom furniture

We bought two wardrobes from Starplan. Laverne at Abbeycentre was helpful and friendly and showed us all our options. Delivery was a couple of weeks later. The guys had the wardrobes built in no time. We're happy with the quality and appearance. You will pay a bit more for their furniture but it will definitely last a lot longer than other cheaper places we've used. Will use again.

This is the second time we have used Starplan and once again we have been impressed. Brian at star city was so patient with us and Sid and the installation and after care team were brilliant. Can’t recommend them enough

Very reliable and helpful. They gave us a scheduled time, and even though we were away on holiday, they were happy to reschedule. Arrived on time, and my items were delivered and installed promptly, exactly the way I like them

Great quality, great design and use of space. The fitters were excellent, professional and friendly. All round we are very pleased
