Quick resolution and great customer service.
I brought my 3008 4 years ago from Startin and recently had an issue with the engine management. I took it in at 16:30 and Zack got it looked at straight away, the chief technician even stayed late to look at it. Within a hour all was diagnosed and fixed, a loose connection being the issue. I have to say I was absolutely astounded by the level and quality of customer service. Hats off to all involved.

Utterly thrilled. I’d been searching for a one /two year old Honda Jazz (CVT) for my elderly mother.
Sadly, Honda dealers in Stratford on Avon and Solihull had “let us down” with cars that were either damaged or not quite as you would expect for £14-£15K.
I’d like to thank young Luke Clark at Worcester Honda who found the perfect car and was extremely professional in handling the sale. The showroom is easy to find, spotlessly clean, staffed with admirable employees. I strongly recommend them.
