The room was great

The room was great. But I paid for lunch beforehand it was more expensive then the price on board. The price I paid was nearly the double from in board.

The food was delicious.

Liked staff very kind

Liked staff very kind. Bathrooms clean. Food okay. Miss the big ship. Disliked overnight with no place to lie out fixed cair arms. Cold A/C overhead and bright lights. Driving after no sleep not good

I always travel with Stenna lines every…

I always travel with Stenna lines every time I went to UK for a special sport event. Food is great. Waiting area from point A to B is very comfortable. Charging point they everywhere. On board duty free selections are great.

Our recent trip on Stena was excellent

Our recent trip on Stena was excellent. After a lot of changes to our travel plans to reach Fishguard and every member of staff were very friendly and made our experience a happy one. There was staff giving out Easter eggs to kids and tickets for a raffle who was very friendly to the staff in the duty free who were great fun and very helpful. Even the cafe, it was reasonably priced unlike most places these days. Stena kept us up to date with times as there was more travelling then expected due to Irish ferries cancelled ferry that morning which we should have also been on. The ship wasnt a stena ship but a smaller one but could.not fault it, lovely ship. We will only be travel with Stena to the UK from now on after our fabulous experience with them.

I tried to book a trip for my family…with Tesco Vouchers

I tried to book a trip for my family and went through the effort of swapping Tesco Clubcard vouchers for rewards, I shouldn't have bothered!

I went to book a single trip one way trip from UK to ireland. When i entered all details normally the trip was 321. EURO and i tried to apply the tesco clubcard code for 30 EURO. I realised i needed to go in through a specific portal for tesco vouchers but then the overall sailing came up as costing 343 Euro which pretty much eats up a big chunk of the 30 euro voucher.

When i asked customer service to advise then they said it was operating on a dynamic pricing model BUT i had checked the prices for the exact same flexi fare within minutes of each other. They continued to come back saying that this is there terms and conditions for this 'DEAL'.
Turns out that is just a waste of time and vouchers as the price is inflated. Disappointing.

Bookings made through Tesco Clubcard rewards must be completed via their dedicated link, and fares shown there can differ from standard website prices because they operate under a separate fare structure. This can occasionally result in a higher base fare, even within a short timeframe. However, you should never feel that your vouchers offer reduced value, and we are sorry this was your experience.

I appreciate the Ferry I travelled on from/to Rosslare to Fishguard last week was not a Stena ferry and as such did not provide all of the usual facilities.

Relief Vessel not good enough

I wasn't overly impressed with the relief Vessel on my sailing. But despite that your great staff onboard made up for it, always helpful and pleasant, not always the case these days, keep up the good work!

Got from A to B and back safely

Got from A to B and back safely. However for the cost of car & 2x Persons the use of replacement ferry on the route is not good enough. Ben MyChree an almost 500e ticket is terrible.
Verry limited comfortable seating, limited food options, quite run down and old. I certainly would use Irish ferries in future

Normally I would give you five stars…

Normally I would give you five stars however not having the Stena Lounge (older ferry) meant that the trip wasn’t quite as comfortable. The staff however were so helpful and friendly hence my four rating.
