I love everything about the Stepful program. All of the instructors and coaches are so helpful. The ease of understanding the material. The classes require work and devoted time but it still allows me to work my full time job and take care of my family. The students in my class are great. Everyone is there for the same reason and everyone always wants to help one another. I wish Stepful had more certificate courses to offer! I would most definitely recommend Stepful to my friends and family!

The support when you need help is the best. You don't have to wait for day/weeks to get response when you send an email or text.

Amazing! The classes 2x a week and classwork everyday will 100% make sure you are comfortable with everything you need to know to pass the NHA. My instructor Robyn Stanley was incredible from start to finish. Besides her teaching skills being amazing, she is a compassionate mentor that will take the time and effort to make sure all of her students are up-to-date and doing well.

I really enjoyed the class, very flexible and easy access. Professor Collins was very helpful and professional, provided excellent class values.

Im currently enrolled in the Pharmacy Technician Program here at Stepful, and it can say its amazing! This course compares to the in-person/hybrid course I was enrolled in at Berleley this past year.
Its immerseful and engaging, it's more than what I expected in this program and I am "rested assured" that with the knowledge and training I received here at Stepful I will be more than prepared for my next steps as a Pharmacy Technician.

Great place to gain knowledge for the medical field.

Stepful gave me the material to grow not only in my career but also as a person. It showed me that I can achieve anything I set my mind to with the right guidance, teacher, and classmates. Stepful help me become a CCMA and I’m very greatful! ❤️

They were fast

I completed my externship through Stepful at Richmond Foot & Ankle Clinic, but my experience was not handled professionally. My externship hours and work were not acknowledged, even though I provided proper documentation with staff signatures. I also experienced wage discrepancies and missing hours during my employment at the affiliated clinic. The clinic wdita your hours on the time clock. And the clock shows edited by The owner. In order to evade paying her employees their entire check. For WORKED WAGES! When I presented documentation showing the correct hours, staff AND STEPFUL dismissed it and claimed it was untrue, despite their own signatures being on the forms. My goal was to complete my training and contribute to the clinic, but the lack of honesty, accountability, and respect made the experience extremely disappointing. I hope future students and employees receive better treatment and transparency.
During my time there, I also experienced wage discrepancies. Hours I worked were removed from my paycheck, and when I presented accurate records, staff claimed the documentation was “a lie,” even though their signatures were clearly on the forms.
This created an unsafe and unprofessional learning environment. Students and employees deserve transparency, respect, and accurate record‑keeping. My experience did not reflect that, and I hope Stepful reevaluates this site as an externship placement.I also dealt with SEXUAL HARRASMENT BY THE DOCTORS BOYFRIEND. THAT WAS DISMISSED AS WELL.
This experience showed a serious lack of integrity and accountability. I would not recommend this site for externships or employment until major changes are made. AND AT THIS TIME I NO LONGER RECOMMEND STEPFUL AS A COMPANY TO BE TRUSTED.

I have enjoyed learning new things in the pharmacy world. As well as new people. The people I've me, are great. I like that I get good timely responses, when I need help. My instructor is very helpful. She goes the extra distance to make sure we are understanding. And she encourages us to keep going. As well as your classmates. Overall a great experience. You get out of Stepful what you put into it. Thank you for the opportunity!!!

The teacher has helped me. I like the test it helps me understand what I just learn in the lesson and I like how they give up study guides for exams and stuff it has been very helpful and will be very beneficial for the future as well.

It emphasizing key achievements, and i enjoy the course Pharmacy technician, experience, and my future goals.

Everyone is very helpful, supportive, and knowledgeable in the fields that they teach. Classes were very prompt and resourceful and they make it very clear they are there to help in any way they can to make your experience wonderful and worth it.

HELPFUL STEPFUL

The pharmacy program provides thorough information, from the statutes and laws, including the drugs and dosage calculations you need to prepare for the national exam.

I do feel on the first day of orientation, when going over Stepful regulations. It would be nice to provide a list of all the supplies the students need for all the projects over the course of four months.

My experience with Stepful has been great. The program was very flexible, which helped me balance my responsibilities while completing the training. The instructors and support team were always helpful and responsive whenever I had questions.

I especially want to thank my career coach CRYSTAL RUBIN for being extremely supportive during my job search. Shw provided guidance, encouragement, an interview preparation, and resume revision. Her and the team support really made a difference while I was applying and preparing for interviews.

I’m happy to share that I recently received a job offer, and I truly appreciate the help and support I received from the Stepful team. I would definitely recommend this program to anyone looking to start a career in healthcare.

Love it everything about it

Online was fantastic. Everything I needed to succeed was sent to me or I could get it in my "classroom". The whole experience was great.

Stepful is more than just coursework to be graded. It taught me how to be confident in my clinical skills, my social skills, and my work ethic. I learned to value the patient care environment, advocacy without bias, as well as organized time management! Preparation is key to passing the NHA and Stepful (specifically Ms Robyn), does an amazing job ensuring each student gets prepared to pass!
