I can't fault Alex & the team - Genius!!
I can't fault Alex & the team.
Asked for some help and advise on spare parts for kitchen taps fitted via a refit/makeover.
They have been brilliant - CANNOT FAULT; quick response, offering advice and upon photos of parts needed, parts requested provided.
I had tried other mainstream suppliers to no avail.
Cannot recommend highly enough.

Speedy service saves the day!
Phone line promptly answered by incredibly helpful customer service staff who acted immediately to help me source a new tap spare part whilst being ultra diligent and suggesting I send pictures to be absolutely certain I was going to receive the correct item. Speedy verification and utter astonishment as said part arrived the very next day! Can’t fault service or parts! Thank you Becky and Rebecca - Hottest day on record and I have my kitchen tap up and running again. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

A pleasure to deal with this company
What a pleasure to deal with a company that puts the customer first. The Clearwater Eclipse tap is also the best as well as the cheapest kitchen tap I have had for several years. When the hot tap started dripping they sent me a replacement value (plus instructions) FOC immediately. When I could not separate the old valve from its bush they sent me a new bush as well, also FOC. It's also worth saying that the separate fresh water filter is very easy to change, unlike others I have encountered. Fully deserving of a 5* rating.

Amazing customer service from Chloe!!
Amazing customer service from Chloe!!! We needed a replacement cartridge for our 4 year old Clearwater tap and couldn't find one online. We emailed and Chloe sourced spares for all three cartridges cost-free!!! And then helped with an installation problem (the housing wouldn't separate from the cartridge) attaçhing a video from the technical team to show how to fix it. Five stars

Had a problem with our kitchen tap…
Had a problem with our kitchen tap leaking at swivel joint ,rang up and spoke to Rebecca and within 2 days had part to rectify. Was expecting maybe new washers but they sent a complete new spout . excellent service

Absolute first class Customer Service. Contacted them with respect to a faulty new filter and within hours a replacement plus a complimentary one was on its way. I have to say I have been using these filters for a number of years and this was the first problem encountered.

I had a problem with my kitchen tap. I contacted the support team and spoke to Amber. She was very helpful and responsive - seeking technical advice and arranging for a replacement part. When a further problem occurred she acted just as quickly to get a solution.

It was my first ever contact with Amber she was so caring so helpful I asked for a 25yr old sink unit supplied buy B & Q, she was not fazed she said she would search and reconnect with me and she did, so caring a wonderful experience, compared to B & Q who kept me on hold for 1hour 15mns and never returned my request. I had an issue due to hard water that required a new tap insert for my Clearwater Stella tap.
After contacting Sterling I received a full set of replacement valves within 24 hours - that is what I call excellent customer service. Well above expectations

Needed parts for tap
Needed parts for tap. One phone call and the parts arrived the next day. Obviously I’d rather the tap valve didn’t leak after 3 years, but replacement was free and an easy diy job.

Great customer service
It’s been my experience that these days customer service is mediocre at best or non-existent at worst. So I was amazed to find a company that bucks this trend! My initial contact with Sterling was a call to buy some “O” rings for my tap which was leaking. To my amazement, I spoke to a real person (Becky) straight away - non of this AI chatbot rubbish or press number this or that. The “O” rings were provided at no charge and arrived the following day. In the meantime, my tap developed a further problem for which, unfortunately, no spares were available due to its age. Again Sterling came up trumps in supplying a replacement tap at a discount. At all times Becky was helpful and friendly and did her best to solve my problems. You can’t ask for more! I’d have no hesitation dealing with this company again so keep up the good work Sterling!
