Sterling & Wilde Reviews

I bought this as a gift and I am very pleased with it. The locket looks exactly as it did on the website, it came on time and was well packaged including being in a nice box. The only issue I have is that it only takes 1 photo which I was not expecting. I don't remember seeing on the website how many photos it held or I would have gave 5 stars.

Excellent customer service. Appreciate the personal approach. Really pleased with my silver ring, it looks great.

Easy to order very good service

Excellent product and service from start to finish. Highly recommend

I was attracted by the wide range of products at competitive prices and ordered a bracelet. Although I was sent the wrong design at first, the matter was swiftly dealt with as soon as I contacted the owner. He really couldn't have been any more helpful. 5* for customer service!

Ordered a pair of earrings as a Christmas gift. They came in a sealed bag so that you could return them if required. I contacted the company with a query that I had and they replied to me extremely quickly. Very happy with this company and would highly recommend them.

I bought a simple pair of silver ball earring to replace lost Tiffany ones and they are great quality and matched the set perfectly.
