Luke is extremely efficient with good communication skills

The whole process was very fast and the people who dealt with my case seemed very experienced.

I recently used stocalfe response to help me with a no fault claim . I dealt mainly with Lewis Broomhall and between them they have given me great service and advice. My claim was sorted out quite quickly and they got me a decent hire car while this was on going. I would like to add , that even though I have been paid out, I am still able to email or call Lewis for advice and more correspondence to parties involved with my claim. I got in contact with Stocalfe after someone went into the side of my vehicle and the team were absolutely amazing at talking me through the process of what happens next and supplied me with a hire car, which was a dream to drive! I mostly spoke with Lewis Broomhall, who was great at keeping in contact with me with updates throughout the ordeal. Fantastic team, can not fault them.

HORRIFIC is the only word I can use to describe this company DO NOT USE THEM!!!
They led me to believe that they were my insurance company! And I was in a non fault accident and they are trying to get money from me as the third party won’t pay for the hire vehicle they are absolutely horrific and vile sent me to a debt collector for £8,000+
