Llegué a esta plataforma buscando una manera de cancelar una suscripción engañosa que otra plataforma me cobró sin mi consentimiento y resulta que los que iban a ayudarme me hicieron lo mismo. Es decir, que al utilizar de manera puntual su plataforma por un coste derisorio, se activa una suscripción automática oculta que conlleva cobros mensuales recurrentes de importes 50 veces superiores al original sin posibilidad de darse de baja ni hacer nada al respecto. Además, un proceso de baja complejo acompaña el mecanismo de manera a ralentizar la cancelación y obtener más beneficios. Una vergüenza. Tuve que bloquear la tarjeta bancaria desde la cual se realizó la operación y recurrir el cargo por suscripción no consentida, ya que al pagar la tarifa inicial de 0,90 euros por el trámite, se aceptan de forma oculta unos términos que activan un cargo recurrente de 49 euros al mes (o el equivalente en tu moneda) si no cancelas a tiempo. (cosas que es difícil de hacer si no sabes que has realizado ninguna suscripción...) En fin… una pena que los millones de euros de dinero público invertidos por el gobierno en ciberseguridad no sirvan en parte para frenar ese tipo de práctica fraudulenta ampliamente reconocida y denunciada.
