Ho richiesto un unico servizio di annullamento abbonamento, oggi invece mi è arrivato a mia insaputa un addebito di 49€ per un abbonamento alla piattaforma che si rinnova automaticamente. Ho mandato una mail di rimborso e annullamento addebito ma non ho ricevuto risposta. Spero sia solo un loro ritardo e che procedano a risolvere la mia situazione quanto prima possibile.

Andrò dai Carabinieri a denunciarvi. Oltretutto la vostra lettera non aveva nemmeno cancellato il contratto che dovevo cancellare
