Très mauvais article et service client déplorable je déconseille fortement
Le SAV fait semblant de ne pas comprendre et ne reconnaît pas le mail de commande pour ne pas faire marcher la garantie et ne revoie pas l’objet

Stay away from this supplier, absolutely the worst company I've ever had the misfortune to have dealt with. Their customer services is rubbish, there appears to be NO complaints team and it feels like my emails are answered by a AI robot.

For christ sake stay far away from them, you have been warned. Shamed there is NO negative scores they are pants

Do not buy this its a total scam.
I ordered the device. It arrived but the light accross the front never worked. I emailed them, they replied, telling me I could return the device for a full refund, but I was told I had to pay for the return postage. Or that I could keep the device & only receive a 40% refund. Bare in mind the device was faulty on arrival. I opted to return the device. I paid £11.25 for tracked postage. 3 months later the same parcel I had sent was returned back to my address. So I've emailed them back twice & had no reply since. Definitely a fraudulent company.

2 ordered in February. Charge made on my card for £120-81 and no delivery of goods yet !! Unable to make further contact with firm SCAM !!

Anyone wishing to buy this don't I purchased this paid £54.99 back in February still not got what I paid for only to be fobbed off with lies saying they would send a replacement free of charge which is a load of crap as I've paid for it and still nothing has been delivered so keep your money people and don't fall for this scam like I did

After using these three units in my small 2 bedrooom home for a couple of months without any noticeable reduction in my electrical consumption I requested a returns lable or return address. I was advised that the 60 day guarantee did not cover the device once used. So a worthless promise. It appears everything about this site is a Scam.Please do not purchase this rubbish. The 5 star reviews are just unbelievable. A Hooper.

1 - l'appareil ne permet aucune économie réelle vérifié grâce à LINKY et divers logiciels de conso electrique.
-2 l'appareil consomme lui même un peu d'électricité
3- retour à nos frais... en CHINE... TARIF 40 € MINIMUM...
Au total merci c'est trop !!!! = SITE NON RECOMMANDABLE

Appareil inefficace, je fais des relevés tous les jours, aucun changement depuis plusieurs semaines !

Réelle arnaque ??? j'ai passé une commande le 11/02/2025, qui aurait été livré le 21/02 selon le tracking du transporteur (sans signature), mais nous n'avons rien reçu.
Nous avons relancé Stopvolt qui nous a proposé le 25/02/2025 :
- De retourner la commande pour être remboursé (pour cela il faut l'avoir reçue)
- Où de garder la commande mais il procède à un remboursement à 40%,
Depuis cette réponse nous n'obtenons plus aucun retour à nos mails de relances de la part de Stopvolt.. C'est inadmissible et non professionnel !!!

I fell for it after receiving a shocking bill,
I have a Smart meter and been checking every morning since i plugged in that device, It doesn't work, nothing changes or some days my usage is actually higher than usual, unplugged it and it seems my metre goes back to normal
I am trying to return it but there's no Return address on the device nor on the package wrap, as I had kept it incase of this,
I have emailed them requesting return address and they don't respond.
Big scam

Anything you plug into a socket actually uses more electricity, it's a scam, a fake, these people should go straight to jail.

The stop volt is incredible. It not only cuts my electric bills, the power companies are actually paying me as I use so little electricity now. It's a win win and you should 100% get one while you can as you too could be making money by using it. If you believe this you really are a fool but hey ho carry on buying these supadupa things as they truly are amazing

j'ai acheté cet appareil, et je n'ai vu la vidéo de l'ingénieur dénonçant l'arnaque qu'après. Après avoir signalé à PAYPAL la malhonnêteté de cette société et déposé une plainte, PAYPAL vient de m'obtenir le remboursement intégral. Vive PAYPAL et un grand merci à PAYPAL pour avoir résolu ce problème

Société planque en Lituanie pourquoi ? En fait il s'agit d'une pure escroquerie ne respecte pas ses CGV. J' ai toutes les preuves de leur mauvaise foi. Mais à l' étranger ils sont inattaquables...

This device is a scam. I checked it on a smart meter and it does not work.
Don't waste your money on it.

I unfortunately ordered one of their plug in devices after falling for their flannel. I quickly realised i'd made a mistake and tried to cancel the order which any worthwhile company would obliged with. Not Stopvolt. They have not responded to any of my endless emails and have already taken the payment from my bank. They boast a 60 day money back guarantee but i won't hold my breath for that seeing as they don't respond to any emails. Steer clear and keep your hard earned money in your pocket.

Scam and quite impossible.
This is of course a fake review. I Have no experience of Stopvolt. However it has been published. Just like all the fake 5 star reviews. This review site is funded by the companys reviewed. There is no effective way of verifying reviews and T P. are fully aware of that and fully aware that most 5 star reviews are fake. But hey follow the money,

Think about it people, a magic box you plug into the wall that cuts your usage by 80%.. if it sounds too good to be true... ITS ALWAYS too good to be true 🤣.. complete and utter nonsense I have comprehensive knowledge off how a house is wired, we have a stable grid that DOES NOT produce these surges they talk about (we're not in botswana) and usage is how many electrical devices in your house draw current, the more energy efficient the device the lower the usage..period! If you want to save money switch everything off at night, use the "magic box" hundred quid to buy LED bulbs and tell your kids like mine to stop charging everything lol.. that's always been the way and unfortunately always will be👍

If it looks too good to be true usually it a scam - save your money and ignore this rubbish nonsense fairy story rubbish !! Any electrical engineer will tell you that this devise is total nonsense
