J'ai appelé pour être nouveau client, j'ai resté 2 heures en attente pour parler a un représentant. j'ai utilisé l'option de me rappeler. personne ne m'a rappelé. Finalement j'ai enfin parlé a un représentant et il m'a toute suite dit je je n'avais pas la possibilité de profiter de promotions affichées sur leur site. je consomme environ 1500 a 2000 litres par année. j'ai mentionné que leur publicité était un peu trompeuse et que je comprenais maintenant le 1.2 étoile sur 5. Vous savez quoi il m'a raccroché la ligne au nez ! Bravo supérieur Propane.

If I could give no stars, I would. We were renting a propane tank for our home in Loganton, PA from Superior Plus Propane for 10 years. We sold the house in March 2025 and immediately terminated our service. We continue to get bills for the yearly rental fee of the tank. And now we're getting late fees attached. We have talked with customer service which sent us an email stating a request to terminate the service is pending contacting the new home owners. Wait . . . What?!?!

If I could give less than a one star I would. This is the most unreliable company who has no problem leaving their customers for weeks without propane, and not having heat or hot water in the freezing cold temperatures of the winter months. The absolute worst customer service who make false promises and have zero accountability for their actions. You cannot ever speak directly with a manager or someone in charge, they have their phone system set up that way to hide behind. They offer the cheapest price but have the absolute worst service and now that they’ve realized they cannot accommodate all their customers, they purposes piss you off so you leave them. You are better off paying a higher price for a reliable company. They cannot hold up to any agreement/ promises they state in their contracts. I was left without heat and hot water for 10 days and finally had to cancel my services with them. They couldn’t care less about their customers. Whatever you do, do not ever sign up with superior propane. You will regret it within the first 3 months.

Run don't walk from this company. They are now Canadian owned and US is low priority service. During the cold snap we monitor our propane and with 2 weeks remaining began calling for refill. Two days NO ANSWER. Finally 3rd day told at least 3 weeks for delivery, if then. Not acceptable. Finally found corporate office and emailed them. Promised delivery in 2 weeks and on the last day of the two days we got a delivery. Changed providers and they refused to pick up tanks. Finally after a month of hounding corporate the tanks were picked up. Three weeks later refund for unused propane. Even delivery driver said they treat customers terribly but they do treat their drivers well. Just don't use these people. You will literally be left out in the cold.

TERRIBLE! They may tell you they monitor the tanks, but that means nothing in terms of getting gas. They told us at 30% it triggers a delivery, they didn't mention that the delivery may take another month or more. There was a huge storm coming, we were at 19%, it had been 2 weeks since the 30% triggered, we didn't get it for another 2 weeks. They turned off their phones and refused to take calls except for emergencies. The emergency folk said the office refused calls and they couldn't actually tell me if and when I would get a delivery. They claimed to have no delivery list. if you called corporate you would get a voicemail that they won't take any calls.

Would give a zero if possible. Tank rental increased from $178.00/mo to $336.00/mo because we do not fill often enough?? Ridiculous! Received recent bill for tank rental, paid and called for have tank filled. I was asked if I wanted to pay balance owing of over $600.00 informed them I had just paid the $336.00 bill for tank rental and they said there was an unpaid balance for 2024for tank rental which they have added between $4.00 and $6.00 per month for late fees since March 2024. Not once did we receive notice of past due and was not added to 2 yearly bills since. We had paid the amount in 2024 but they say their records don't show it. I cancelled them today. Come get your tank. I am done Poor Poor customer service and poor billing accounting.

I have been fighting with superior plus propane ever since I moved to my new house in 2022 due to high rates, missed deliveries and hidden charges. Now they placed a tank reader and you would think this would help them do a better job. Well I’m about to run out of propane so I called the office Monday morning and I was told they would come Wednesday and i have not received any response yet.
I am sick of dealing with superior propane. It’s time to change companies.

I would also give this company zero stars if possible. There is 7% left in our tank. We have had a delivery showing as "scheduled" for a month. There is snow on the ground, and we can't turn on our fireplace. Our stove also runs on propane, so we have been having to conserve. Does this company want to make less money? They just really don't care at all.
Extremely bad customer service and delivery service
I’ve been a Quarles customer since 2008. In that time, their customer service has been exceptional. I never had to call to request deliveries as their system for refilling our propane tank was effective. However, since Superior Plus took over, things have gotten way worse with customer service and deliveries. I’ve had to call to request delivery when I noticed our tank was under 5 percent full. Case in point. The second time, which was yesterday, my tank went completely empty. No heat. No hot water. No cooking. I called at 3pm and explained that our tank was empty and they stated that my delivery was already scheduled for that day and it should be in the next 1-3 hours. 4 hours later, no delivery. I called again and the office was closed and it connected me to the emergency line. They stated that all trucks were grounded “due to weather” (even though it snowed the day prior, it all melted that day and roads were clear) and there would be no more deliveries. After I had called them 4 hours earlier and explained the situation and being told that I would get a delivery so we would have heat and hot water. So now we spend the night in a cold house and cold showers in the morning. Clearly things have gone south. Reading reviews on Google, Yelp, and BBB, I’m clearly not alone in this. Average of 1 star reviews on every one of these forums says a lot. This is completely unacceptable and am looking at other companies that have more competent customer service.

0 stars if possible! They missed multiple automatic refills. We have been on the emergency fill list for over a week because we have been completely out of gas and they still have not shown up! We have replaced their tank and are using a different company, and they have yet to come and get their rented tank or even fill up the gas that we haven't had! It is snowing and currently 12 degrees at our house. We have been unable to take any hot showers or bathe our children in over a week.
They also would not even come up our driveway unless all of our animals were put in kennels and someone was outside of the house waiting for them. Our dogs were up in their kennels for multiple hours, multiple days in a row because they said they would be here to deliver gas and never showed! Would NOT recommend.

PRICING IS THE HIGHEST IN THE STATE BAY A LARGE MARGIN; WELL ABOVE VA STATE AVERAGE (YCHARTS.COM). SCHEDULED/REQUESTED DELIVERIES ARE A 3 WEEK WAIT! ONE COULD FREEZE WAITING ON A DELIVERY! THE ONLINE ORDER WEB PAGE IS CUMBERSOME AND CONFUSING. ONE IS REQUIRED TO INDICATE A PERCENTAGE AND A VOLUME REQUIRED BUT YOU CAN'T GET THE TANK FILLED AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY 3 WEEKS LATER. This company would get negative stars if possible. Hollow promises of a delivery date, hour and a half on hold every time we call. Lack of commitment on a delivery date. Just very unorganized and unprofessional.

i wish i could give them a negative amount. for one they charged over top of what i ordered but didnt actually give me the gallons they claim they did i actually only got the original amount i ordered but got billed for way more. went to order more and they will not remove the remaining balance that i dont owe but i had to pay it to order more and now its been a week and we are out of propane and they still havent brought more and i have 2 kids at home. when you call you cant get through, ive sent at least 5 emails with only once response saying they couldnt find where i only ordered so much so i screen shot my order to them and had to tell them how they can find it on their own site. absolute terrible company. still no answer back from anyone and no propane.
Worst company ever
Worst company ever. Negligent, rude. Deceitful. They let me nearly go down to zero propane in November despite their claim of automatic monitoring. I tried to reach them multiple times and had to wait over an hour to get someone who could only tell me that a ticket was generated but they could not tell me when delivery would occur. I complained to the NY attorney general’s office and wrote a negative google review. A manager responded and also emailed me saying that a refill ticket will be generated at 50% instead of 30% I FCC capacity from now on. That happened once followed by a timely delivery. Currently they generated a ticket st 46% but we are now down to 30% without any delivery scheduled. We called multiple times- again with hour long waits and are told that the delivery would be coming any day. We left messages for the manager who finally called back and said that we would not be getting a delivery at all because there is a propane shortage. He said that maybe when we’re below 10% they may be able to provide a few gallons. When I complained that my pipes could burst and I could lose my house, he said if that happens I should file a claim. We called around and spoke to people who use other propane providers and to offices of other companies and are told that there is no propane shortage. Clint- you lied!!!! I will now file another complaint with the attorney general and the BBB. This company must be shut down! No one should sign up with this company.

We are in shock and can’t believe the lack of care or responsibility for leaving us without propane and heat for 3 days. We are supposed to be monitored with the smart tank wifi when the tanks are low and it seems this is broken and we unknowingly ran out of propane. I have called so many times and was told management has been emailed but no reply. I finally connected with a regional manager named Anthony he promised to call me back and never did. I have babies in the house and advised them of the safety issue there is with leaving them without heat at -20 degree temperatures but no one cares. I don’t know how to get them to come fill these tanks. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I would highly recommend going with a different supplier.
