they took money from my account despite me cancelling the subscription, then refused to send me my money back!

Not good. No actual support for issues with purchased games. At least you can get some of the money back

I’ve been banned for cheating on Fortnight for a whole year which I never have cheated and wouldn’t even know how
I’m 58 years old and I only play if my daughter wants me to help
I’ve explained this to epic but they won’t help 🙈 disgusting customer service
I wish I could take this further somehow my daughter is distraught 😞

This company is a big concern.
2’out of my 4 children are prioritising this over life, school work, visiting family and so much more, that don’t when they should, they miss schoolwork and this has so many consequences.

We are in the UK and I’m certain so many more families have this issue.
Close them down.

Hemos comprado una tarjeta de pavos y no nos han enviado código de activación, después de varios email con el soporte que ofrecen, lo único que dicen es que están los pavos en la cuenta y no es cierto, no aparecen y no dan ninguna solución.

Kompletne dziadostwo. OSZUKUJĄ na karcie gry, że za wcześniejsze zakupy u nich dostanie się jakąś zniżkę. System jej nie nalicza,.co na to support? Nic nie może, pocałuj się w tyłek. Po cholerę istnieje coś takiego jak pseudo support!? Niepojęte.

Chodím si tam každý čtvrtek pro free hry, to je bezkonkurenční marketing. Díky nim mám v knihovně tituly za tisíce.

Ale samotný klient (launcher) je tragédie. Je pomalý, startuje věčnost a chybí mu základní funkce, které má Steam už roky (pořádné recenze, komunitní fóra, třídění knihovny). Je to spíš jen "spouštěč" než plnohodnotná platforma. 3 hvězdy za Unreal Engine a dárky, ale uživatelský zážitek je slabý

He contactado con el soporte tecnico debido a un robo de cuenta.Tienen todo automatizado,no hay manera de contactar con ellos solo a traves de un formulario automatico.
No te comprueban facturas,no te piden Dni,te ponen muchas pegas.
Tengo mi ultima facturacion,no comprueban conexiones ip.
En fin les he dado toda la informacion y dicen que no es suficiente.
Pero todo esto automatizado,en ningun momento se ponen en contacto contigo ni te preguntan nada,tampoco empatizan con la gente.
NO utiliceis epic games y mucho menos compreis sus juegos.
Recordad que os pueden robar la cuenta y os quedareis sin ella.
Habeis perdido un cliente EPIC GAMES.
Lamentable.

Los servidores como fortnite se llenan fácilmente y son re malos, no podré ver el evento por eso...

Ich habe immer wieder versucht nett zu sein und habe den support oft angeschrieben. Sie schreiben aber nicht zurück, ich warte seit 1 Monat!! Ich verpasse die Skins in diesem Fortnite-Battlepass!! Wenn das der Fall sein wird, spiele ich NIE WIEDER Fortnite oder etwas anderes auf Epic Games. Bei Steam z.B. dauert die Supportantwort nur etwa 2 Tage und das jedes Mal!! Ich habe viel Geld für Fortnite ausgegeben, vorallem für Fortnite-Crew!! Ich wollte der Sache einfach nur auf den Grund gehen und bin immer nett gewesen, aber wenn Epic Games nicht zurück schreibt, dann selber Schuld einen zahlenden Spieler zu verlieren, indem sie ohne Grund meinen Account sperrten. So viel Zeit umsonst!!

Rubbish Customer service. They banned my account for no reason other than suspicion and refused to reactivate it, Ive emailed them many times with information providing I'm the owner of the account and all they do is ignore me and send me links to "recover your account" that sends you to a FAQ page with nothing useful whatsoever, they refused to give me a reason why they took such action and refuse to help me get my account back, this company is a joke. Think twice before spending money on such a company that has low to 0 value for their costumers.

Som unos estaadores ecomprado 1 tarjeta de pavos del juego de Fortnite y no Oslo recomiendo porque yo e comprado por quimta vez una tarjeta de Pabos de Fortnite y ninguna a funcionado

La plataforma esta buena pero a diferencia de steam es que no tiene comunidad,discuciones,workshop,perfiles, etc
steam tiene mas funciones que epic games.
epic games le faltan muchas funciones que ofrece steam.
lo bueno de epic games es que tiene descuentos y regalan juegos

Customer service is a complete crap! I had an issue with my account, was able to start chat with BlueFirefly then after a while I was completely abandoned!
