I made the mistake of not looking at the pre order tab. These guys worked over a weekend to get me a tank that works and shipped it out. Yes it took 5 days but... they sent 2 extra packs! So instead of 3 tanks I got 9! Thanks so much and will definitely use your company more.

It said 1-5 working days to get my order. It’s been 8 and no response to emails sent. Saturday will be 2 weeks since I placed the order. Next step is bbb, attorney general and federal trade commission.

I wish I would have done a little more research before ordering directly from geekvape. I was under the impression that my order would ship 5-7 business days but every time I check status it says "We are preparing your order for dispatch". Ordered October 10th. I have emailed customer service twice and no response. The take payment right away though. I dont mind shipping being a little longer but some sort of response to status would be reassuring that I didn't get ripped off.

I decided to order the Aegis Legend 5 kit in red. After almost two weeks I messaged asking where my order was. I got a response that the color i chose was out of stock and wouldn't be available another 2 months . I didn't get an email letting me know of this, I didn't see a warning during check out, and I didn't see a warning on the website. I feel this is highly unprofessional of any company. After chatting I was able to get another color instead of red but by the time I get it, 3 weeks will have passed. I ordered this because of retarted Wisconsins new vape laws, I cannot just pop in and get a new vape mod when my last one broke. Thanks for depriving me of nicotine for 3 weeks.
