Great communication and honored all requests. Quite rapidly, I must say. The product that I purchased was packaged well and in perfect condition. Very professional, courteous & helpful customer service representatives. I will be keeping them in my contact list for future shopping needs. And, trust me, I’ll be doing that soon!

Geekvape unwilling to stand behind…

Geekvape unwilling to stand behind warrantee even when contacted via email with detailed explanations on the day delivered, that the product does not work. Instead I was provided a list of required tasks to be completed with written explanations of each activity and a recorded video of each action taken and the failure demonstrated. Don't Buy!

When I ordered the tanks it did not…

When I ordered the tanks it did not state that they were on backorder. So it took about 2 1/2 weeks to get my order.

The purchase button is "pre-order" for the products you ordered.

Pre-order means you can order now, you will be in the first bulk list,
but we haven't in stock, shipping will be according to the order time.

Sorry for the inconvenience, because what you ordered is a pre-order product,
the product inventory has not yet reached our warehouse. The availability date is March 20.

Once we get your package ready, it will be shipped out within 1-2 work days from the US warehouse, and you will be updated with shipping info by email.

Expect failure from this company!

It's not your product, it's your business model that depends on "just in timing" everything from China. It took 2 months for my order to get here. 2 months. I don't care what problems are going, china celebrating their new year, or whatever. The fact is you continuously failed me and I suspect many of your other customers. This will be the last you hear from me as, I am no longer your customer. Good bye!

P.S. I really don't imagine GeekVape will publish this.

Because the parts were shipped from the warehouse in China, it was expected to take 15 working days to arrive. In addition, we had the New Year holiday in February before, so the staff in the warehouse were all on holiday, they could not help you arrange the shipment, so there was some delay. We also confirmed with you that you expressed your willingness to wait, so we held the order for you and did not cancel it.
All other products are shipped from U.S. warehouses. If your order is in stock, it will usually arrive in 3-5 business days. Thank you.

Called them to find a glass replacement…

Called them to find a glass replacement tank for a vape. The lady said she answered the phone for a few vape companies. We gave her the model number of the vape. She told us what to order. We got it, it was wrong. Of course you can't return something open. We wrote to them, they offered us 10% back. I wrote an explained that I didn't just pick something off of their website. The lady that answers their phone told us what to order. They argued with me in at least 2 emails and told me that I ordered the wrong item and it was my fault. They referred me to their "You can't return if it is open" policy. Well guy, whoever is writing me these rude emails. Let me just tell the world not to order from someone who doesn't stand behind their products or the service that is given when you call. I told them I didn't pick this item. The person told me this was the correct tank for my vape. If the person answering the phone doesn't give out the correct info, then is that my fault? Update - Their response is laughable, they wrote to me and said I purchased the wrong product. How would they know? They don't even know what I bought it for, I never told them except in my initial conversation with the customer service rep. Their emails to me were rude at best and they kept telling me I purchased the wrong item. NO I didn't. I ended throwing the part away because they only offered me 10% back. I will never use their website again.

Secondly, you placed an order for Geekvape Z glass tube instead of Z Max Bubble Glass. We arranged the shipment normally according to the product you ordered, and did not send the wrong product.

Finally, we do have a corresponding return policy. If an opened and used product is returned, other customers may receive defective products.
If you just opened it and looked at it and haven't used it, you are welcome to take a photo to prove it. We are willing to help you apply for a return this time.

Order was sent in two parts

Order was sent in two parts. Second package arrived before the first and was shipped after the first. The first part was delayed about two weeks and sat in Memphis the entire time. Shipping was a disaster for the first part of my package but did arrive undamaged. Will not purchase from the Company ever again

Bad postage

My order before Christmas was seized by the postal service for fraudulent postage. I couldn't get a refund from their package protection service. What's the point of that service then?

My order got seized by usps

My order got seized by usps. For fraudulant postage had to wait and it never got to be delivered. Had to refund my money for the order but did not refund shipping and tax.
