They made my situation right and sent me a replacement device with no problems. I wish you could at least get the same color mod you had that was defected instead of a random color. I needed up with rainbow, the one color I absolutely didn’t want. A local vape store swapped it out for the color I wanted so props to that vape store.
It's really one amazing company; I've been buying through Geekvape for years and have never had any issues.

I ordered e-cig mod. and only relieved the bottom door. I went back to page I ordered from and it was the complete mod not just the bottom door.
I'm still looking for a store that is honest, any help would help.

Order hasn't shipped after 8+ days, no response to an email sent 3+ days ago, or the other one sent yesterday. When I call they say the chat. When I chat they say to email. They'll transfer you to random departments just to get you off of their line. Also, their main profile on this platform has a rating of 1.5 so they abandoned it and moved to Total scam.

I had a little issue with my pod and the customer service stepped in to resolve the situation in a very convenient and pleasant way , problem solved and I can tell you that I like my pod very much. Would recommend them without hesitation

The is 2nd to none in my opinion but the support is in the basement bad. No real ability to fix problems big or small without adhering to their inflexible confides of receipt and in a timely fashion. Don’t wait if u have issues or may have issues jump on it. I think the powers that be have no feel or connection or don’t care about the disconnect with their overseas agents that must translate everything slowing down what I continually found to be a waste of time and more to be the Great Wall of China. If a product comes out better I’ll switch on that alone

J'ai commandé la GeekVape Aegis Legend 3 Kit Carrera Edition 230 W sur le site de GeekVape ou l'adresse http est geekvapedistro.org le 11 Juillet or ce site est frauduleux. Il vous contact via Whatsap. Surtout ne les croyez pas surtout s'il vous demande des frais supplémentaires pour le transport et une soi-disante assurance. C'est une Arnaque. Par contre le site store.Geekvape.com mérite un 5 étoiles car ils m'ont contacté de suite mais ne peuvent pas faire grand chose pour moi malheureusement.

Ensure products are fully shipped, not partially shipped and then updated en route as a full shipment. Got an email about a partial shipment and the day it was set to arrive it was updated as the full shipment, however I only received the excessories I order and not the mod I was needing to replace the one I've had for 3 years. Customer service wasn't much help as they needed the invoice which wasn't put inside the parcel before shipment. So wasted 60+$ and have stuff for a mod I don't own.

my new Geekvape got defective in the first 14 days.
i went to their website and after 3x 2h support session i still didnt recieved my replacement...
they always say they busy and i will receive in the next 48h a email for my replacement. never got an email and its now over 1 month

Everything was delivered on time and I was pleased with the quality and craftsmanship of the product. The only problem was I wasn't informed that the batteries were not included.
