Above all else, amazing customer service.
The products are brilliant really well made. The one thing that really stands out with WARLORD games you can tell they have a core emphasis on excellent customer service. Weather my order be online, by phone or my occasional visit to the HQ in Nottingham. The staff have always been really helpful. You can ask them anything from painting advice, historical accuracy's or clarification on rules etc. If they don't know the answer they will find out for you.

Good delivery and got the right parts since the bundled version of the British and Canadian army bolt action didn’t give me the right parts for the cannon so had to buy a completely new cannon which is expensive but happy otherwise I guess.

Brilliant customer service
We were at Tiger Day today, in bovington, and they had a stand inside the museum. There was 2 guys there and they were extremely helpful and patient, especially the guy who had experience in the artillery. They gave us lots of information and guidance on what to buy and gave us really brilliant deals! They also invited us to the head office in Nottingham to see the factory and see the different miniatures being made. This was really kind of them and SO glad for their help!!
