Speedy, affordable, and helpful
We were looking for a coloured stove that would crush our budget. Not only did they have what we wanted, but it arrived sooner than expected. Additionally, I had a follow question about it's operation and they responded with 24hrs with a clear answer.

When we unpacked the stove , which was not on the day of delivery, we noticed that the stove stand was missing two bolts.
We emailed , Stove World responded immediately and sent new bolts via 24hr delivery .. PERFECT !

Stoveworld no problem. Delivery from parcelforce was shocking. Box arrived 3 days late and not to the post office for collection. Totally battered and hardly srill held together.

Damaged chimney cap
Dented chimney cap, 2 of the supports inside were bent so it was lopsided. Basically not in new condition, damaged. Had to install on the day though so no time to send back. Be good to actually check products are OK before posting them.
They did chase this up and immediately refund me so clearly care about customer service.

We completely understand how frustrating it is to open up a package on installation day only to find it isn't in perfect condition. Unfortunately, even when things leave our warehouse in 100% mint condition, the bumpy journey with third-party couriers can sometimes throw a spanner in the works. We'll definitely be looking into how this happened during transit.
