Thoroughly professional in every way
Thoroughly professional in every way. We were informed of the plan at every step, EBC kept to the plan and dates. All questions were answered promptly and fully. We were involved in the process from beginning to end. The team listened to us, and thoroughly explained the process.
The support prior to, during, and after the installation is impeccable.
The installation was quick, clean and accomplished with minimal impact. Installing a heat pump heating and hot water system is a big job, EBC's expertise really shone through.
We fully recommend EBC for any heating or plumbing needs. We plan to keep a long term maintenance contract with them for our new heat pump system as well as consult with them regarding optimizing our solar systems now that the heat pump is operational.
We had a an issue with the system water pressure, a technician arrived and resolved the problem on the same day we reported it.
Everyone in the organization is pleasant to deal with and highly knowledgeable. This is a highly customer focused company.o

Good clean installation
Overall happy with the installation of a new boiler. The engineer (Ryan) showed up in the morning and got to work taking out the old boiler, installing the new one and ensuring the worksite was left in a good state. No hassles with the old boiler and the new boiler recommended has been working well.

Friendly and very, very good at what they provide.
From the planning, quotation stages through to the installation of our solar panel system, The Edinburgh Boiler Company were outstanding. There is not one single thing they could have did better. Highly recommend them for this this type of work. For reference it was a 15 panel system with storage battery we had installed.

Couldn’t get better service
We used EBC to install solar panels on a flat roof. This included a Duracell(Dura 16) storage battery.
From initial contact / survey to installation everything was planned perfectly. On the day the team arrived on time and you could even track their journey / arrival time. They consulted us about positioning of kit / cabling etc.
Post installation we were contacted by Abby to check that the job had been completed to our satisfaction. All the paper work for registering the kit was provided within 24hrs.
We are very happy with the whole process at a very competitive price.
Wish every company was as easy to deal with.

Great experience using this company ti install a new combi boiler
I had a new combi boiler installed by the Edinburgh boiler company. The installation was carried out very efficiently with minimal disruption and no mess left. The engineers were very pleasant and explained the controls and set a program for me and my house is very warm and cozy.

New gas central heating system
I recently had a brand new gas central heating system (10 new radiators and a new gas boiler) installed by Edinburgh Boiler Company, supported by Warmworks. The installation team was obviously very well organized and they completed the work efficiently and competently in a single day as promised. They were considerate and helpful and kept me fully informed as the work progressed. They cleaned up well at the end of the day.
The support offered by Warmworks was also excellent. They kept me informed as to progress throughout and followed up any queries in a timely fashion. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

EBC kept in contact during the process and ahead of installation. The installation process went well and was completed in One day, no mess left behind and a neat and tidy job. Solar panel, battery and EV charger system.
The whole experience from start to finish with the Edinburgh Boiler Company was excellent. Every member of the team was friendly, professional and proficient. The surveyor/sales person was very informative and explained all the various options, whys and wherefores for our solar panel , battery and EV charger system. The Admin team were great in terms of getting the quote and contract paperwork to us on time and organising the installation etc. The installation team themselves were fantastic, not only doing the job extremely proficiently but suggesting ways in which to optimise the design still further to improve system efficiency and neatness. The functionality and operation of the system was simply and clearly explained and the site left very clean, neat and tidy post installation.

We booked an annual boiler service.The engineer came on time, and was very thorough. I will use them again.
