Everything we spoke about on the phone was followed up by an email from the office staff. We were given a booklet with information that was clear that told us of the next step of the process as well as phone calls. We recently had a new heating system installed and the service was excellent from start to finish. We were kept informed each step of the way with great communication from Chelsea. The installation team worked with the minimum amount of disruption to us, and they left the house exactly as they found it. Highly recommend EBC for any work

So when it came time to choose a partner for our own project, we did not take the decision lightly. I am genuinely pleased to say we chose exceptionally well.From the very first day, every single operative who entered our home conducted themselves with a rare combination of professionalism and warmth. They provided a detailed quotation for installing solar panels on my house.
The engineer talked me through the process of the installation and how it would be fitted. The engineers arrived on time on the allocated day and commenced work right away.
I was completely satisfied with the standard of the installation and how tidy the property was left in.

I had very good experience with The Edinburgh Boiler Company. From the start, out of three quotes theirs was most professional and detailed. Colin did the survey and design of solar and battery system. He listened to what I wanted and his suggestions were on point, he was even available after hours. Anna was leading my case from the office, always available to speak to me when I needed answers and explaining everything in detail, very nice and professional. The job was completed in two days by Sam and Rob (electricians) and Annette and Mike (roofers) who did a great job and should be proud of their craftsmanship.

Excellent customer service, they reached out to me in couple days after I notify them about the issue of the flue of the boiler, engineer was scheduled next week and fixed the issue right away. Delighted with solar panels
Recently had solar panels installed. Salesman was very professional and informative, explaining things clearly without overly complicating things. He was available to answer any questions before deciding to purchase. Installation date was brought forward which was great. Office staff very friendly and helpful but I think communication between what I agreed with the salesman regarding scaffolding and battery placement could have been better communicated with the electrician and scaffolding company. Scaffolding was up for 11 days which was not ideal. I have already recommended this company to others.

Great Service
Previous company didn’t carry out Service and left my Boiler at Risk. Scott did a great job properly servicing boiler and showing exactly what he did as well as fitting new parts. Comms good with office and will use now on for all servicing and repairs. Worth paying a bit extra for a proper job!

Replacing an ancient gas boiler in an old house.
The team from Edinburgh Boiler were absolutely first class in removing our ancient gas boiler, pumps and valves and installing a new system which they then seemlessly connected up to our existing heating system. We live in an old house with pipes and wiring hidden away in all sorts of places but Edinburgh Boiler managed to figure it all out and install the new system incredibly well. Martin in particular was a star.
So I would thoroughly recommend them and would definitely use them again in the future.
