I was very satisfied with the experience. The whole process was convenient and I really liked that the questions were answered extremely quickly and the communication and service was great.

Initially the plan went well. I followed it exactly for over a year and was told I needed adjustments, so was sent additional aligners. However, this still not give the forecast results and I was told I would have to pay several hundred pounds to get new imprints, aligners and retainers made. The one provided set of retainers broke within a month so I have now had to pay an additional £150 (subscription each year but can cancel immediately) and wait two-three weeks for a replacement, in which time my teeth will very likely move.
Edit - STD were in touch and sped up the delivery of my aligners which helped. Good customer service.

I have been using straight teeth direct for the past six months and it has been so easy to organise and everything turns up on time and they keep a close eye on my progression through the app. I have not had a single negative experience throughout this whole process and if I ask any questions it is answered straight away.

I started the treatment 2 months ago and the process so far has been very clearly explained and I'm feeling hopeful I will reach my aligning goals by the end of the treatment!

The aligners were very effective, and I got used to wearing them within a couple of weeks. Right I been thinking about starting invisalign for a long time what was stopping me is the price that I been quoted which is around £4000 (when going private). Then I come across straight teeth direct, not going to lie I was a little sceptical because it's half the price- too good to be true!!!
THIS IS THE BEST DECISION I have ever made! My teeth never been so straight in my life and Im only 5 months in, an still got 5 more months left to go! Cant wait to see the final results. The customer service team is really helpful any questions I have I usually get a response within 1 day which is amazing! Seriously if you thinking about it just go for it, you will not regret your decision.

They have been very helpful during my treatment and they are always on hand when you need to speak to a member of the team or one of the dentists. The process has been very straight forward so far and I am currently 60% through and can already notice a considerable difference. Plus they are half the price! Win, win! They offer great product and service. If you have a busy schedule and you can’t attend in person checks on monthly basis, then this is the best way to take care of your smile. Fully remote, very helpful and professional staff. Highly recommend!!!

I've completed the treatment and would 100% recommend Straight Teeth Direct. Everything is really simple through the app, and they're very quick to respond to messages. They even chased me up to provide photos of my progress when I forgot, ensuring the treatment remained on course.

Towards the end my lower teeth needed a few more adjustments to get them up to the treatment plan, but they were provided with no extra cost.

It can sometimes be a bit faceless using an online company, but STD were very personal and genuinely care about the progress of your treatment. They come across as knowledgeable and trustworthy.

I'll be signing up to the maintainer plan to keep my new smile in top condition.

I've been using this service since November 2022 and am about to move to the final retainer phase of the programme. The experience has been well managed with a 3D scan before my initial aligners were produced and monthly picture check in's via the app.
My treatment was for cosmetic movement on my front top and bottom teeth, I'm very happy with the results!
