Customer service was very good and informational. The transmission was purchased and arrived sooner than expected. The transmission has been installed and the vehicle is back on the road. Core was returned and everything is good.

Great Service and Product
The transmission arrived as scheduled and in pristine condition. All dealings with the office were clear, helpful, honest and cordial. After nearly a year and some off-road 4x4 travel all remains in very good condition. My experience and the 5 year warranty and price all lead to a strong recommendation.

Shift issues
I called and told them about my problem,that I had my transmission rebuild by another shop here in tn,and had a hard/shift around 3 and 4 gear and after taking my truck back to the transmission shop the guy said he should've change my valve body and tcm and was going to charge me because my warranty was up,so I did my research and came across these guys, and decided to do it myself, I think it's been around 4 months and that fix my problem, gears are smooth....

This company stands behind it's warranties. Recently, I bought a 6L80 from them for a 2016 GMC. The local shop installed it. Well, it had a problem in the valve body right from the start. Street Smart sent another transmission and fully reimbursed the additional cost of replacing it. Fortunately, the second unit is functioning well. They also don't front charge you the core costs. As long as you schedule pickup within 30 days, you incur no core fees.

Overall fairly good
Overall, the experience with streetsmart was fairly good. They delivered everything as they said they would and picked up the core. The only thing I did not like was at the church $200 extra to deliver to my Mechanic who had a residential address had it been a business they would not charge that $200. I don’t understand what the difference is and why that would make an extra fee a delivery as a delivery and they would not explain that to me.

Had trouble with customer service at the beginning but overall they were helpful and very friendly.
Had issues with parts shortage on my order but they did take care of me for being late on delivery. Very happy and would recommend this company to anyone needing a remanufactured transmission.
