Classic "bait and switch" company. Advertising offered a quality embroidered item, but I was sent a cheap print version. After frequent contacts with customer service, they then promised a partial refund. Ha! The crappy item that was sent took months, so I will not be holding my breath for any refund.

It's been 21 days and I still haven't received my order. They send so called tracking information that is false and keep lying about the status of the order.

These people are nothing but a scam. They give you bogus tracking numbers and claims product was delivered. Never was and I was home on day they claim delivery was made. Then they said check with Post Office. BS Couriers do not deliver to post offices!!DO not order from this company.

If I could give a rating lower than one star, I would. Received a multicolor button down tropical print shirt. Online it looked great. Material is VERY see through and cheap, (don't go near a flame), size L was small for the labeling, No tags or insert as to fabric content or care. They claim on the site they accept returns...don't believe it. I had to send multiple emails and pictures of the product I wanted to return and all I got was a "Sorry, the product matches the website's picture. We'll refund you $2. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I ordered a political hat, which cost $13.59. On their website, it was described and shown as a black hat with a nice design.
It took a few weeks for it to arrive, and upon opening it, I found a hat that looked like it had been left out in the sun too long. I contacted their customer service, who offered me a $3.00 refund. I refused that and asked for a complete refund, which they stated would cost me too much to return to China. I then asked for at least a $10.00 refund, at which time I have not heard from them again!

Ordered and never received. Yet they insist they sent and delivered them. It is a scam.

Total scam!!! Ordered a t-shirt and 2 hats on 6/15/25 for $56.37 and never received anything. Got a bogus tracking number that said it was shipping from Italy. The support tracking shows a very long trek to the US from China and then once it “cleared customs” all tracking stopped in Buffalo, NY. I contacted support and they claim it was delivered a week ago to my mailbox. Problem is, their “tracking” shows my city, but then it says my post office forwarded it to another city and zip code. I went to my local post office and they said they never forwarded anything from my address and that unfortunately, tracking numbers like the one I was given (JSEXT…) are scams. They said to dispute the charge, which I have done. I couldn’t find anything on my cc statement with this amount, but found a charge for $70.46 the same day with a merchant name of: FLYUBWIV2FC. When I search this it comes up as an international code. The phone number on my statement also has too many numbers. Total scam and the company has stopped all communication when I asked for the USPS tracking #. The cc company wasted no time processing the claim and crediting my cc.

They suck. That's all you need to know.

Structurlly.com is a fraudulent online store that you should avoid at all costs. This scam website claims to sell various products at very low prices, but will either send you counterfeit or inferior goods, or nothing at all.

I think this is a scam website, it’s been 22 days since I placed my order and haven’t received my products. Tracking just says in transit no delivery date. I was given 2 different tracking numbers.

I was originally charged $15 more than what my order cost. I canceled the order prior to it shipping but they “supposedly” couldn’t stop the shipment. Disputed with my bank so we’ll see if the can get my money back.

I seriously doubt I will ever receive my order.

This is not a US based company and doesn’t indicate the company location on their website, so if the products actually arrive I’m sure it will be poor quality.

Total SCAM big time. So is the tracking. Showing my order being sent to SPAIN, then going through customes. The clearing, then being sent to the United states. On emailing customer service never got a reason why it went to Spain. Updates are sent every 2-3 days. Never signed up for Pay Pal but got billed by them overcharges by them. Have reported them to my CC company and consumer protection. The date ordered 6/8/2025 with payine expidite delivery.

This company is a scam, do not buy from them. They advertise on instagram under various names. The company states they are shipping from Italy, which is false. They are located in China. They sent me a fake tracking number, then stated that due to tariffs, the items I had purchased were stuck in customs, that the item had arrived at my house, when it had not and at last they ghosted me and have not responded. Unfortunately, I purchased through Paypal and paypal will not refund me because the company said they had delivered!

This company is a scam. I had similar experiences to others. They give fake tracking numbers. My package said it was delivered to my address, but I never received. They kept telling me to check with my post office. They finally said it wasn’t their responsibility anymore since tracking says it was delivered. They’re professional scammers. I’ve learned my lesson because I didn’t check their legitimacy before ordering. Thankfully my bank refunded me and are looking into this company.

SCAM!! I ordered two T-shirts that I needed by a certain date, 8 days later. First, they never said they'd charge $16.73 for regular shipping, nor that the shirts were coming from outside the US. I contacted them several times, asked to cancel the order and they refused. I do not need these shirts any more, have not received them and need a full refund. They are non-responsive.

I placed a order and was given a tracking number. The shipping company - tracking-hub.com does not say what carrier is being utilized. The tracking has ( supposed) stalled in Georgia a month ago. I emailed Structurally and NO RESPONSE! I emailed again and was given a different tracking number - and also discover product is coming from China. I would not have ordered if I had originally know this.
Do not do any business with this company!
- oh - and their refund is only good for 15 days after you place the order - package is probably not even out of their company's location by then.

It deserves 0 stars. Do not order from this company or website!

Everything I have learned is that it is a scam site.
It is part of an interconnected scam network based in China.

Heads up anyone considering ordering from this company. It takes 6 weeks to get your item! According to my tracking info, it originated in Croatia. The last entry 10 days ago was that it was in Denver. I live in Arizona..... and the return label said New York! No where in the ordering process are you told this, nor are you told that after your shipping charge is added and you click "Pay" another fee will be added. My $23 shirt became $39 and It would not allow me to instantly cancel the order nor contact someone to cancel.

I ordered a polo shirt. Tracking keeps changing when item was delivered. Tried to contact them nothing but auto messages. One says delivered gave a tracking number that has nothing to do with usps. I requested for the correct one. Auto message Donald Trump Harris causing delays. Than another message be patient your item will arrive soon. All auto messages. Can't get a real person to look into this. It's bullshit!

Received the order and loved the shirts. However, we have reason to believe that Structurilly sold our credit card number and banking information to Mediafyre. I have reported both to the FTC and the BBB. I notified both regarding these scam reports and have heard absolutely nothing back from either company. I would not trust either Structurilly or Mediafyre in the future.

I placed my order at the beginning of April. I was shocked when my $79 purchase all of a sudden was $91. After a lot of searching, I found my receipt (surpringly difficult to find) that showed tax. I get adding taxes, but not AFTER the total amount ore-tax was approved. I was sent a tracking number that said my purchase was coming from Italy. I was then sent another tracking number showing my order was coming from China. After waiting a month with BOTH tracking numbers showing no movement after getting to the US, I contacted them. They told me tarrifs were slowing things down. I pointed out that it showed my order arrived in the States before tarrifs went into affect. A THIRD tracking number popped up from the USPS. Finally, a company that could help. That tracking showed it has been out for delivery but returned to sender the same day. The people at USPS were fabulous and actually tracked my purchase, confirming it was being returned. I contacted Structrlly again and they told me their shipping showed it was being resent to me and to be patient. THAT tracking number (yes, a 4th number) shows that it was delivered, but USPS shows it's still in transit back to China. Thank God I paid with PayPal who helped resolve my monetary issue. They are investigating this company now.
