I donno why i got paermanent ban plz unban my account it says additional account but only once i logined my freinds account to check the tokens thats it i didnt even play in that this is my main account

getting the gift cards you purchase or getting the stuff you purchase from the shop in general is very delayed they say that you receive your cards in 24 hours but it is delayed by quite a bit sometimes other than that it is a good app

i have got permanent ban for no reason telling that i use additional account i never used other account than my account i had almost 7000 coins in that after after that they banned me i think its a fraud i am gonna report and put a video on youtube through a famous youtuber who have 3 m + subs

Bans are never given without reason and are only issued after careful investigation. While we appreciate it may be frustrating for you, this is necessary to ensure the competitive integrity of our platform.

After consulting with our Player Protection team, They are confident in their decision. They informed us that you did not receive a permanent ban on your original account (the first one you made with us), and as such, you can continue using our service, but all additional accounts were permanently banned. Unfortunately, the account you refer to with 7000 coins was not your original account.

Per our terms of service, players may only own one Stryda account, and we recommend that if you continue to use our service, you familiarize yourself with these fully so that you do not encounter other issues with using our service.

All changes made to reward distribution (XP, Coins) for Missions, the Battle Pass or Ladders are made with careful consideration and is done to balance rewards evenly across all games we support. We understand that lowering these may not always be seen in a positive light, but were confident that in the long run it will be better for the platform overall.

Having said that changes are not always permanent and the team monitor them closely and will make adjustments accordingly.

Its not possible to make an account due to every nick i choose is already taken i spent 5 hrs trying to make an accout if i could i will give it -30 stars

Hey!

Bans are not issued with out reason and occur when our Player Protection team have been alerted to behaviour on your account that is in conflict with out terms and conditions.

You should receive an email about this, however I do know there were some technical issues with email send outs since Friday, when you made your review, so perhaps you did not receive it.

You can contact out customer support team through the help widget on the website, or help.stryda.gg to create a ticket. They can give your more details on this issue and you can also appeal the decision with them if you want to. They will happily review it for you.

Me and my brother both play on…

Me and my brother both play on different stryda account as well as different valorant account but they ban us say it's same player different account even tho they have skill analysis feature they still can't find the difference between a bronze and gold player
