Thanks for reaching out and sharing your rating. We understand that this may be frustrating, but suspensions are not issued without reason and are only temporary.
Our player protection team carefully investigate account activity and will only issue suspensions or bans if our terms of service have been breached. In these cases, and as our terms of service state, any rewards earned may be removed. In the case i assume you mean your Coins; our digital currency, have be removed as money is not won from our competitions.
We appreciate that you many not agree with the suspension and you are more than welcome to appeal it to our customer support team, who will happily review it.
If you have not done so already, you can contact them via help.stryda.gg and create a ticket with them. When doing so, please provide any additional information, screenshots or videos that will help your appeal and so the team can make an informed decision regarding your case.

When I just joined stryda's community
When I just joined stryda's community I wasn't 100% sure that it's legit but when I tried to redeem my first riot credit card it worked but I gave 4 stars cause old stryda was to good it gives u 8000 coins in 1st place

When it comes to reward distribution these changes are not always permanent as we are continually looking for the right balance across all supported games and activities. The team monitor the impact of changes closely and will make changes, when necessary, if we feel something is off. We understand that lowering some reward may not be seen positively, but in general these changes are made after careful consideration and for the continued success of the product.
However, this will be relayed to the team so that its considered when making future updates to the platform.

I assume by money you are reffering to the digital coin rewards.
All changes made to reward distribution (XP, Coins) for Missions, the Battle Pass or Ladders are made with careful consideration and is done to balance rewards evenly across all games we support. We understand that lowering these may not always be seen in a positive light, but were confident that in the long run it will be better for the platform overall.
Having said that changes are not always permanent and the team monitor them closely and will make adjustments accordingly.

Recent changes
I believe the newly implemented changes are going towards the wrong direction, I would think you need to allow players to get more of the tokens for the challanges and provide more possibilities to get them which would provide more attraction and competition to players while you could increase the coin amount needed to claim the rewards for a better consistency.

stryda wont allow me to connect my riot games account when I click on it nothing happens it just reloads to my profile.
I do not know if other people have this mistake but that's the reason I gave it 2 stars.

What I think I was banned from is because in Valorant they banned me for insulting through the chat, so in order for me to continue playing I started playing with another account, but you CANNOT play or link TWO accounts in stryda, and they did not want to listen to me. I suppose your program detected that I dropped 3 hit ranges by playing with another account but you can't play tournaments or anything with a second account, you would have to create another stryda account. My opinion is that you took the opportunity to take my money sincerely, because you know very well that you cannot play with two accounts at the same time. So let the whole world know what Stryda is really like.
a month ago stryda banned me with 30 points to go to get $50, he told me that he was losing games on purpose to get more points, when he was not. I literally went down a range at most. And as it has happened to all of us, sometimes you even lose 3 hit ranges. The point is that I get banned having active tournaments that added up to 5 thousand coins. Today I connect excited to redeem them, a month later and guess what. I have 0 coins 0 tokens. SCAMMERS.

I appreciate the frustration your are facing with receiving a ban from our services, however we do not issue these without good reason and after careful investigation.
When bans occur, and as per our terms and conditions, it may result in coins or tokens earned through the identified breach in our rules to be removed. As I hope you can agree it is not in our interest to allow those identified breaking our terms and conditions to still be able to redeem the rewards from our platform.
All the same, I understand that you may disagree or feel this has been issued incorrectly. The best thing you can do is contact our customer support team to appeal the ban. They will happily take another look at your case. You can create a ticket with them at help.stryda.gg. Please provide as much information as possible to support your case, so the team can make the correct decision.

Hey!
Thanks for your feedback. Its understandable when rewards get reduced that it can be frustrating or disheartening, but its usually not changed with careful consideration and it's not always permanent.
The team is constantly trying to find the right balance between cost to enter vs rewards and base decisions of a number of factors, like player participation in the Ladders, game popularity (on Stryda), and more. Its carefully monitored, so if we see some changes really aren't working then it will be reconsidered with future updates.

I like everything about this app except one, that is they won't give enough tokens from battlepass.

You have reduced the value of Sundays to only half, and raised the use of Al-Taztam to only 45 It became very, very difficult to collect awards, and for this reason I withdrew from Strida permanently

I am not quite sure what you mean with regards to the value of Sundays, as we do not place any importance on our Missions or Ladders based on what day of the week it is, nor am I sure what Al-Taztam is? Perhaps it is a typo or something lost in translation?
