Today i received an e-mail stating that… my account is banned for ever!
Today i received an e-mail stating that i am banned and the ban is ending "Never" for as they say i have multiple accounts when i only have one account on Stryda and one on Valorant both with the name of my e-mail, social media, discord , twitch and so on. I have sent multiple tickets requesting more details on the matter and i have received no response other than the reason on a quote "having multiple accounts". I've been over a month on stryda and striving every day for missions on valorant which i would not even play that much if there where no stryda involved and lost time every day of the week just for that and all of a sudden i get banned? Frustration at its peak. Not to mention the mental brakedown and anger on the matter.

I won’t talk about the free part because it’s very long to win anything …
That’s why I bought the premium membership 3 months ago. At first it was very good, by tryhard if you could really win money and get what you’re paying for. After they made it 50% more expensive to play a ladder game ( why not ) but then they gave out 50% less coins. Now, you have to tryhard to barely profit 1-2 dollars in the month ( given you’re placing well ). I’m really sad that everyothing happened suddenly with no explanation …
I guess their business model just wasn’t good, but now it’s almost useless to pay for the service, might as well buy a gift card directly it will almost be the same ….
In conclusion, you’re arriving too late, don’t bother downloading it

Gift cards not available globally
great app but the problem is that while i was grinded on the coins a lot but realized on the redeeming page of riot gift card, it were only available in us and Europe, I really would have loved it if it was available globally, I hope this changes further on, otherwise great application.

Happy to hear that you are enjoying the app so far. Regarding available gift cards while we are aware there is demand for more regional options what we have right now is all we can offer in this moment.
We are of course looking into ways to expand this in the future, but I cannot give an precise timelines of when these changes may occur.
Its worth noting we do have some Global options in the form of Amazon, DRKN and PUBG G-coin gift cards.

At the beginning it was good but...
When I have Upload the App, IT was working good, but after an update I think, the app start bugging (It stop tracking valorants or Rocket League for no reason, so impossible to make missions ) so at many times I must relaunch my PC and it's very annoying,
I hope that Stryda can resolve this problem

Sorry to hear you are having some tracking issues with the games you mentioned.
We use API support for Valorant and it is not reliant on the PC App. So to ensure this is tracking properly, please make sure you have your Riot account connected to your Stryda profile, and that you are playing on that account for Missions and Ladders. You can request a status update after you finish a match, to fetch your stats for either Missions or Ladder scores. Sometimes, there can be longer delays in your stats being collected this way, so make sure its not come in later than you expected.
Regarding Rocket League that is tracked through the PC App and Overwolf plugin, so make sure you have both installed and running before entering a match for that game.
However, If you are doing this correctly and still encountering tracking issues then I advise reporting this via a support ticket to our customer support team. You can do this through the support widget in the bottom right corner of the website, or by visiting help.stryda.gg. Both ways will give you the option to make a ticket and they can explore the issue further for you, or escelate it to our dev team.

When it comes to gift cards on our store we of course want to provide to as many regions as possible, and this is something that is a continual work in progress. However, what we can offer is largely dependent on what our suppliers are able to provide, and at this stage of development we are providing what we are able to.
However its worth noting that while we do not have Riot gift cards for India we have a host of other cards that work worldwide such as the Amazon, DRKN and PUBG G-coin cards. Not only that you can also use your coins to purchase digital items for your Stryda profile such as avatar frames and profile banners.
Hopefully in the future we can also provide a wider rage of options for Riot cards, at which point we hope you'll come back and update your rating.

I LOVE being able to earn points while playing games, and I like the missions systems going on. I had trouble at first having the g-loots plugin to work, but it's all good now and things are going nicely. I wish games like Overwatch where still in the mix [I think it was!], but it's been good so far getting something a little extra while playing. Thanks!

Problemas with riot giftcard europe
The rewards system is very good and the challenges are affordable. However, my experience has been quite bad when it comes to exchanging coins for riot cards from Europe since after saving months I find that there are no cards of 50 and 100 euros because the provider does not send this type at the moment. For this reason, I used to actively participate in the weekly ladders and now I no longer play any, so why try harder if I won't be able to exchange it for high-value cards. If this situation were to change, the experience would be 5 stars without a doubt, it would be the best page by far.
