We are aware that some countries on our service do have limited options currently, but it is something we hope to improve over time as we continue to explore and develop this part of Stryda.

When it comes to the gift cards available on the Stryda shop we are tied to the supply available with our gift card provider. As such we can only provide gift cards of certain types and regional availability based on what our provider has in stock.

Gift card not working / used

Saved a while to get 9000 coins. Bought myself a Valorant gift card of 10 euro. When I want to activate it in game it says it is allready used. Instantly contacted them. Said you get a reply in 24hrs. It happened saturday eve, we are monday and still no answer.
It is allready hard to get in the top 3 and gain coins, if you are a moderate player like me. But if they give you used or inactivated gift cards that's bad. My bf used a 20 euro one and that worked. Don't know why not with me but I can only hope they'll fix it or it says a lot. I think thr g-loot system was better indeed, now it takes way longer with everything to get anything. It is a nice concept for sure, I hope they work it out a bit better in the future. Kind regards

Hey there!

Sorry to hear you had an issue with your gift card. However, I am certain the support team will be able to resolve this for you. With regards to the delay in response, it is worth noting that if you created the ticket over the weekend the support team are closed Saturday and Sunday. Monday, May 1st was also May bank holiday meaning the entire office was closed. However everything is back to normal now and if they have not responded to you yet, they should do so asap.

Stop complaining

You get points for casually playing the game and can buy skins for free after you play long enough, why are so many people complaining. You guys are spoiled.

Good concept but worst ever costumer service and backend systems

The whole Idea is great but bugs and errors will ruin your entire experience of gaming also it gets even worst when the support team almost does nothing but say sorry (not even every time) if you are a player above the avg they will ban you and accuse you of sandbagging which they say means ranking down and guess what! when you lose a match you get ranked down, yeah it's that simple but for them, it appears to be rocket science or something that hard to understand.

Regarding bans, we understand it may be a frustrating experience. However, bans are not given with out reason. We appreciate you may not agree with them, and you are more then welcome to appeal them via our customer support team, which it seems you already have done. They will happily to take a second look and provided you can work with the support team and give them sufficient evidence the ban was made in error, they will be happy to correct it.

Gifting 1 token was in place before the Rebrand, but with the changes to the tokens I can see why only gifting one might not make as much sense. Thanks for pointing it out. We will pass this on feedback on to the team.

UPDATE: I spoke with the team and this will be changed soon, and players will be able to receive up to 60 gifted tokens per day.

As a user of the recently transformed…

As a user of the recently transformed esports platform, now known as Stryda, I have to say that I am thoroughly impressed with the changes. As a clan leader, I appreciate the opportunity to connect with other gamers and meet new people who share my passion for esports.

One of the things that I enjoy the most about Stryda is the wide variety of ladders that are available for me to join. Whether I want to compete in a team-based game or play solo, there is always a ladder that caters to my preferences. Additionally, the missions are a fun way to challenge myself and earn rewards while playing.

I'm also thrilled to see that Stryda has taken a strong stance against cheating by removing cheaters from the leaderboards. This has created a much more positive experience for me and other users, knowing that we are competing fairly and that our achievements are being recognized.

Overall, I am very impressed with Stryda and would highly recommend it to any gamer looking for a fun and competitive platform to play on. The changes that have been made have definitely made a positive impact, and I am excited to see what the future holds for this growing community. Thank you, Stryda, for all your hard work and dedication in creating a great esports platform!

Horrible system/rebrand

The rebrand is horrible. The previous updates at the start of the year were already pretty bad, but bearable. At this point, it's just a rip-off and a waste of time to use their website. The ladder rewards are decent but unless you're the best, you don't get anything.
Gonna wait out my subscription and leave.

There certainly were some hiccups and we are already hard at work to resolve any issues that have arisen, particularly with the PC App.

Regarding the Ladders we understand that the competition is tough, but that is the nature of Stryda, we are a competitive platform.

We still have a long way to go, with new features, as well as tweaks and improvements to premium, the shop, and rewards structure in the pipeline.

DARKWOLF TEAM REVIEW

As the Owner of the DARKWOLF TEAM
I want to say that I am not satisfied at all because the new system you have is not good at all for several reasons:

Buying tokens has become very expensive and only the prices have gone up, but Less Rewards.

Very weak support team. Yes, they answer quickly, but all the answers they give are already prepared and the problems are not fixed in any way.

In my opinion, in order to get out of beta mode very, very soon, you didn't prepare everything, you just made changes, but nothing is fixed.

I have been playing on this platform for several months, and formed my own team there.

But your system is so weak that I cannot access my team as a team owner cuz i get Ban for Sandbagging and when i ask for Prove there is nothing there

No system is provided to control clans.

The conditions of participating in brawls have changed and this is not good at all.
If you do a simple accounting, you will understand that nothing special has been done in these new changes

Yes, it is true that you need to work on the problems, but when a platform is out of beta, it means that 99% of its problems have been solved, but the problems you had are still there.

It has a very stupid token system

It has a very stupid token system. You have to wait for about 2 weeks to get the desired token so that you can participate in a brawl. Previously, it was easy to start a new brawl every week with 2 tokens.

We understand you may not like the changes to the Token system. However we beleive this is the right direction, and as we improve and tweak our Missions and Ladders features, we hope that will make more sense, an add value to the new Token system.

While Stryda does have free elements, its is not intended as completely free service. For us to be able to continue to develop the product futher, and keep providing rewards such as gift cards and additions in the future, there is paid element and hocurrently how you get the most out of the platform.

We are continually working to update and improve our reward structure and premium services to provide more value to our players, and hope you will stick around to see that.

Why Gloot/Stryda gave us people a horrible service by wasting time and money.

Worst service ive ever used.
My name is Hasan.
In Gloot well there Stryda now they changed it.
So in Gloot the banned/suspended multiple accounts on there service for playing at a high level.
Thoes people who got banned/suspended were given the exact same reason like: "Your account has been suspended due to you deliberately losing to lower your rank and staying in lower ranks" or sandbagging.
The Support service was no help they didnt take there time to Read and understand what were going thru when there system has flagged up with false assumptions.
This is a discrimination to me and my clan and all the other people who were affected.
Ive grabbed information (Evidence) from other users to have the proof that im speaking the truth.
Im unable to send images or anything so i will just quote it from 1 of the people that got Accused of this:"bro this happend with me in Monday
I was in second place in a championship for some reason I got bronze and I played very well
and my account was suspended because I''''''''wanted'''''''' to downgrade myself But that is not true
I just wanted to save money to buy atomic heart and resident evil 4
but the way this site is going I won't get it anytime soon" The person is called Evelynn she was using Gloot and was affected when she was just tryna play good in her games to get games.

They also ruined my clans time and money.
Wasted my time and my clans.
They barely even respond to our messages when we contact support when they say (during 24hrs) but they dont in days.
One of the most horrible Services i used.
Also my clan was possibley the best or one of the best clans on Gloot/Stryda we was hitting 1st place and second place in clan brawls.
But now that 3 people in our clan has been removed from the service:Setsuko,Darkwolf(Clan leader),and me HasanD our clan reputation for it is destoryed our clan members may hold up the clan and the people we have in it.But it will be hard without the leader that cant even join his own clan.
I speak from experiences from my own and others.
Good luck using this if you do.
I hope people that do dosent have the same experience as us.

As you can see they have replied and all they have done is copy and paste most likeley.They have said the exact same thing to all of us when we contacted them and they include "contact support" and something about they will help.In the End there not helping at all and im still waiting to see if this will be fixed or not and if me and my clan have to escalate this.

We recommend all players on our platform familiarize themselves with it.

It is not intended as a completely free service. There are free elements of Stryda but to get the most out of it then buying tokens or subscriptions is the way to go.
