First of all im quit using your app…

First of all im quit using your app because of the hard mission that keeps coming after every update you canceled the daily rewards and turn the missions into joks bye putting 4 missions every day and you don't chose it it just pop up by luck for me you have to get back the old one

Thanks for getting in touch and leaving us your rating. Sorry to hear you're quitting Stryda.

As a competitive platform part of our aim is to provide a way for players to challenge themselves through Missions, or competing on the Ladders, which in turn will hopefully lead to you improving as a player overall. As such you can expect some of the Misssion to be more of a challenge to complete. However, I can pass this feedback on to the team responsible for Missions so they are aware and can consider this for future updates/balancing.

It's worth noting that with a Premium Subscription on Stryda you can discard 2 Missions per day, if there are some particularly challenging ones you don't want to do.

Regarding the amount of Missions; you can reveal 4 a day, having a maximum of 9 revealed at once. Unlike the previous Mission set up, these do not reset at the end of the day, and only reset once the Battle Pass ends, meaning you have more flexibility with your time and when you choose to complete them. With that in mind, you could warm up with some of the easier ones revealed, and then tackle some of the more difficult ones after..

Daily rewards were paused for the time being because the team was unhappy with Daily rewards in their current state. As such they are taking some time to iterate on them and bring it back new and improved.

Unfortunately, I do not have information on when they will return, but when they do perhaps you will be willing to check us out again and let us know what you think.

Bans on the platform are issued after careful investigation of player activity on our platform and are not given without good reason. We take our platform's competitive integrity extremely seriously and will take action as soon as possible if this comes into question.

If you believe the ban as been issued incorrectly, please speak with our customer support team by creating a ticket at help.stryda.gg and appeal your case. They will happily take another look. Please make sure to provide as much information as possible to support your appeal. This way the team can come to the correct decision, if not, they will not be able to consider alternative decisions.

The only reason this might happen is because the player protection team determined that there was suspicious activity on your account, and as you mention, it seems they have seen more than one game account used on your Stryda account. This is against our terms of service, and doing so can lead to bans, or the removal of coins won in this manner. If you have not reached out the support team directly yet either to appeal the decision or discuss it further please do so. They will happily take a second look. You can contact them by creating a ticket using the help widget found in the bottom right corner of the website (logged in our out) or by visiting help.stryda.gg.

Little to none difference between premium and free subscriptions and no drive to do Rocket League anymore, ladders removed.

Before the big Stryda update, if you bought the premium subscription, you would have had to complete 6 challenges every day to get all the rewards in the battle pass and move on. Now, the premium subscription only applies a 50% boost towards getting XP. This doesn't pay out to the amount given for premium subscription. Adding to that, the Rocket League ladders were removed. There is no use in doing it anymore.

Hey there!

The Rocket League Ladders are not removed permanently, but they have been paused for the time being as the team would like to revisit them to see if they can be improved upon. While I do not have a timeframe for their return, they will hopefully come back in the future.

Regarding Premium- It is optional and there to provide convenience to our players, to help them get through the Battle Pass quicker, which last for 14 days. Not only do you get 50% extra XP for all completed Missions; more recently you can now get more XP for each Ladder round submitted and we've also added Premium Ladders for Valorant, which offer a wider variety of Ladder objectives to enjoy.

Having said that I appreciate your feedback, and we do hope to expand the Premium offering further as we continue developing Stryda. Feel free to let us know what you think would add more value to the Premium service for you.

Awards and time for have it

I have a very good experience in stryda i win $150 but for the pass of the time the awards are less than some months ago. Stryda paids but you must to be very good in a game and be patiend

Everythings doing great just sometimes…

Everythings doing great just sometimes I have to restart my whole PC because my ladder points arent counting after I play League of Legends.

Scam service

when it used to be gloot, i had 8k points but when it switched to stryda, it took them all away, the least it could do was let me keep my points, fxcking cxnts.

Nearly perfect app

I love stryda but there are some issues with the league of legends tracking. I have contact your support and they told me it was a known problem, but it is still not solved. However, I really love this app and I believe that there isn't any other thing in need of change

Great gaming rewards app!

It's simple play well and earn points towards rewards. Either complete daily missions and or competitive ladders with higher stakes.

GGloot better than stryda

I lost 8 gold tickets. It was fan to play on GGloot before Stryda. There were tournaments. Now its not do fun

Unfortunately, a while back we decided to pause the tournament offering on our platform. To focus on other areas, such as Missions and Ladders. The Ticket currency was to enter these tournaments and so with their removal, it did not make sense to keep them, They provided no other function than this. However, your Coins earned on the platform should remain intact, which is what you need for the shop. You can still continue to earn Coins from the Battle Pass and competing in Ladders.

Hopefully one day we can revisit tournaments, but at the moment in time i do not have any information on this.
