There was so much art to choose from

There was so much art to choose from, I found the perfect prints for my wall. The quality of the card is A1, the colours are vibrant and the print is crisp and clear. The price was very affordable and the prints arrived promptly in perfect condition.

Don’t bother

Don’t bother. Bought an item. A week later got an email saying if I paid them more that would send my order out ahead of anyone else. Bit of a scam

Thanks for your feedback, we’d like to clarify a few points.

All orders are processed as normal without any additional payment. At checkout, we offer an optional priority dispatch upgrade for customers who want to jump the queue during high-demand periods, but this is completely optional and not required.

The email you received was simply a reminder of this option while dispatch times were longer than usual as we were transparent with how long it was taking to get orders out. (In case you neeeded your order sooner for maybe a birthday present, or a gift if you could not wait the standard 25 days dispatch)

Your order was never held or delayed pending any extra payment. This service is completely optional, and also provided to you at checkout prior to your purchase.

I placed an order after 2 weeks I…

I placed an order after 2 weeks I received a email requesting that i pay a fee to have my order despatched, dressed up as jumping a so called queue.
This amounts to attempting to extort money for a product I have already purchased. I will be referring this to the office of fair trading.

I highly recommend not using or purchasing anything through style my wall.

I would like to add after receiving a abusive telephone call from Justin and attempting to threaten me via text happy to copy and paste!!

I would advise anyone not to get ripped off by Justin

Hey Darren,

Thanks for your comment and concern. We have emailed you back and tried calling you to explain. Threatening claims of 'extortion' we take very seriously, and being called out and falsely threatened of taking more money from our customers is a serious matter.

At checkout, customers have an option to 'Jump the queue' for an extra $10 their order gets prioritized and you get priority dispatch. You would have seen this prior to you making your order. It was already available.. You can see this clearly marked at checkout as an offer as some customers need their order ASAP.

Our email was simple.. We are letting customers know due to our busy sales periods that on average it's taking 25 days to ship out due to a backlog and volume of orders and are being transparent about it. No where do we ask for more money and if you don't pay we will hold onto your order.

As an option, we let customers know to 'jump the queue' we can still offer that service and still available to you as an option. To get their order pushed up quicker, in case they had just purchased and cannot wait the 25 days or they can ring and cancel their order.

You've unfortunately completely misunderstood the message. The offer was there before you made the purchase. And we are reminding customers that it's still there if they need to upgrade and expodite their order if 25 days on average is too long to wait.

We arenot holding your order at 'ransom' or demanding more money.

This was the email we sent to all customers politely letting them know about delays. See below.

We put a great deal of care and effort into every single order. Everything is produced in-house to keep costs down, allowing us to pass those savings directly onto you.

Due to the strong demand, we’ve experienced a significant surge in orders. Our team is working around the clock and we’re actively bringing on more staff to keep up.

For full transparency, during this sale period it is taking approximately 25 days on average for orders to leave our warehouse. We are continuing to expand the team, but we want to be upfront in setting clear expectations.

Sluggish deliveries

Made my first order and at this point I’m still waiting. First email from Style my Wall on ordering stating delays could be a problem. Then they say the items are dispatched from Victoria with Couriers Please. I’m on South Coast NSW so of course the pictures go to Queensland first. Then Couriers Please let me know there will be a delay. No doubt.
My suggestion to Style My Wall. Learn how to choose a reliable courier not just a cheap one. No doubt it will be well after Easter now before delivery. In this day and age if you can’t get products to customers in a timely manner find something else to do. I won’t be buying again from Style my Wall or recommending them.

I have received my prints and they are very nice quality for the money. I am upgrading my 2 stars to 3 and appreciate Style My Wall’s follow up. I would still reconsider the shipper, but that’s just my opinion.

With the recent increases in fuel levies and courier restrictions on certain box sizes, our options can sometimes be a bit limited depending on the order and delivery location. If we had access to more reliable options across the board, we’d absolutely use them, but unfortunately it’s not always possible.

As mentioned, our 50% off birthday sale is our busiest time of the year, and we do flag that there may be some delays during this period. We offer these large discounts so more customers can enjoy beautiful artwork at an affordable price. You mention about go find something else to do if we can't get products in a timely manner. Just to be clear, everything is printed and framed to order in-house, it can add a bit of extra time. Hence the affordability of our products also..

Your order was dispatched within 10 business days during this peak period, which we think is quite timely given how busy we are during our sale period and we communicated that, and we hope the significant savings made the short wait worthwhile.
