Great! Very happy, well packed for postage also

This company is selling AI images and passing it off as photography. I am deeply concerned that this company has been able to advertise online to sell pieces referred to as photography (I purchased the "Set of 2 Bondi Icebergs Photograph Wall Art") and what I was received was an AI image. This is discernible from the complete lack of reliable detail, the faces of the people appear as blobs, their bodies distorted, and there being no numbering on the pool lanes, the railings and fencing bent and distorted, the cliff face that is pixilated, the list goes on. I have been emailing for a refund but am still negotiating, despite this conduct being illegal. I have also since been sent another 'high resolution' photo as evidence that is not AI, which is just more concerning, that the company believes that the human customer can't discern an AI fake from what is real after purchasing.

Instant communication. Great quality print and framing. Perspex makes it lighter and doesn’t detract any more than glass.

The quality of the print and framing is excellent — I’m really happy with how my piece turned out. Adele’s customer service was prompt, thoughtful, and genuinely appreciated.

No issues with previous orders and products are always as expected. Unfortunately this company now utilises couriers please as their delivery merchant instead of Australia Post. This is not listed on the website before purchase. Couriers Please cannot deliver to Australia Post, PO Box or parcel lockers. As I live in an unsecured apartment complex and not willing to accept deliveries that have authority to leave, they were unable to deliver this item to me. They also don’t have a depot for pick up in my city either. My item was floating around unable to be delivered to me for 4-weeks. Style my Wall sent a secondary item however to the same address and the outcome was the same due to Couriers Please. Very unfortunate that this company uses this courier as they have a terrible reputation. I will not be re-ordering from style my wall due to this

I’d rate this zero stars if I could.
Waited over a month for artwork. Chased and chased - only to end up with a section of the artwork that looks like a 2 year old scribbled on it.
Support team are so far out of touch and customer service are shithouse. Don’t waste your time.

Updates are good. The print is high quality.
It's important to buy from a company that gives credit to the artist. The delivery was good.

Excellent quality of product! Was impressed with the clarity of the printing.
My only negative would be that it took so long to arrive- initially there was great communication but once printed I had no idea when my order would arrive.

I love the print I purchased. The size is perfect. I love the quality, what you see on the website is what you get. The print also come ready to hang on the wall. Well packaged for delivery. I would absolutely recommend your company. Well done.

Bought 3 prints and decided to purchase the frames with it....I paid a fortune for the frames but I didn't care as i thought they would be so nice... unfortunately when they arrived the frames are cheap looking...no glass just thin plastic..the prints are ok but if you ever decide to buy from this place DO Not Buy the frames...waaay to expensive for what you get...go to Kmart and buy a frame that fits your poster for $30 and you will be happier... A big money grab on their frames...very disappointed.

*Under discussion with owner* I did not receive my art even though it said 'Delivered'. When I followed up they said it had RTS on the delivery(?), and they would dispatch again. Nothing was dispatched again. I emailed twice to ask for an update or a refund and have been ignored. Have since been contacted via email and text, awaiting next step.

From the order to delivery we knew the progress of manufacture. Product is superbly packaged. Quality of the picture and framing 10 out of 10.Thums up.

One of the best experiences from start to finish. My wife has always told me to get my photography printed and knowing how easy this process is has given me the confidence to keep doing it
