Hard to recommend a company with inconsistent customer service. Purchased 3 Monet prints with the same colour frame for all and when they arrived one frame was a noticeably different tone. Initially customer service responded …. Then I was ghosted! Emailed again about 6 weeks later … no response! Pretty disappointing to be honest. I also agree with another review around the clear panel covering the print … very cheap looking which really interrupts looking at them properly.
Proceed with caution if you purchase.

The print was high quality,and packed and delivered with care.
It was value for Monty and the team kept me updated from purchase to delivery.
Would buy from again.

What an horrendous after sales experience. The print itself was fine but when I enquired about a physical voucher not working that they had supplied, the run around was astronomical.
After 6 emails and even an escalation I was even asked to re review them and change my rating to 5 stars because they "resolved the issue". The voucher still doesn't work!!!!
Given that experience, I do not recommend them

The correspondence and delivery schedule was much faster than I expected, and also Amy and Stephanie guided the driver to my address which sometimes can be a bit tricky. Super grateful, love the artwork will continue to buy ! J
