Customer services were very prompt & helpful when replying to my queries.
I was a bit concerned that the depiction on the website wouldn't match the acual cabinet but it is very well made and just as described. The delivery was also very quick.

Really good experience with this company after another one let us down with a sideboard on back-order, telling us it was no longer available right at the last minute because they had damaged it, just after moving into our new house. Matt at Style Our Home gave me a really honest appraisal of when I could realistically expect to order it in by, given current industry-wide delays at the shipping end of things, and in fact bettered their estimation by almost a week so I now have my sideboard in situ just a week after ordering, compared to other companies either stringing me along or telling me I would be lucky to see one before the end of next month. Their price was also the most competitive out there, literally half some of the quotes I received for the exact same item. All in all, a fair, reliable and entirely pleasant experience from ordering the item until it was delivered within its two-hour slot today. If only all companies out there were this decent to deal with, setting up a new house from scratch would be utterly drama free and take half the time involved in doing endless price comparisons. Would certainly use again without hesitation.

Excellent service. The product I ordered wasn’t in stock and marked as mid January delivery. I emailed customer service to confirm this and they were very responsive and replied quickly. I placed the order and checked again with customer service that the product had come into stock. They were responsive again, and the product was delivered 13th January on schedule, in a 2 hour time slot on time and great quality. Would highly recommend.

We purchased a dinning table from this company. The whole experience has been 5 star. We received a call from a polite, helpful lady who gave us our delivery date. The table arrived as promised. The delivery was very smooth. It was packaged extremely well - real care had been taken. The whole customer journey was great. Would absolutely use this company again. Perfect!

Our poorly packaged headboard was beyond damaged on arrival! All 4 corners are chipped and broken, pretty disappointing to say the least. The quality of the piece is also pretty poor even if it hadn’t been damaged in transit.

The table looks great! It was delivered on time and fits very well in our space. Very pleased indeed.

I recently bought a kitchen bench with a waiting time of 12 weeks, and the customer service was excellent!

They actually emailed me to tell me it might take longer and I was able to cancel it if I wanted at any time prior to delivery, the item wasn’t actually late, and I emailed them a couple of times to schedule the delivery and they were super quick to respond and polite

Our new lamp table arrived damaged. I noticed the delivery driver drop it while trying to close the van door. I took photos of the damage and phoned style our home. The call was answered by Matt who was apologetic although not his fault. Within a short time he had contacted the manufacturer and sorted everything to our satisfaction. Couldn't have asked for more.
