Discovered Style Our Home whilst browsing for a new table online. They were efficient in their responses to my initial enquiries and gave good considered advice to help me decide.

The delivery process was quick and painless being delivered when they said they would.

I am currently sitting at the table received from them and love it! Looks even better than the image online!

I would not hesitate to use Style Our Home again and recommend to all for a great shopping experience!

Huge return costs.
I am so unhappy with an armchair I bought, called Mirage
I can safely say sitting comfortably is a mirage. It is the worst armchair in the world a stool would be more comfortable. In order to return they are charging me £40 for pick up for a terrible terrible item and they want photos before I pack it and after I pack it Jesus can’t be bothered with this company !! Think long and hard before accepting free delivery, they will charge you through the nose, should you wish to return their god-awful designs, made in China!

More than delighted with my purchase from this outlet.

Goods arrived in good condition, no damage in transit and no pieces missing.

Assembly was uncomplicated and the result a good quality stunning brass bed ~ love it!

Wish more suppliers were as good as these guys.

Want to say huge thanks to Matt and his team for the effort to resolve the missing parts from the Bentley wardrobe we bought from style our home six years ago. We moved house recently only to find the two vital parts were missing which meant the wardrobe going to the local refuge or getting the parts. We went back to Bentley no joy. Matt was more than helpful was able to find our order from 6 years ago!! and following a few emails managed to get the 2 missing part.
Deserve way more than 5 stars for customer service

Purchased a Parma chrome side table. The picture on the website was taken at an angle and the table was different when it arrived and is not as nice as the picture on the website. Disappointed. Delivery was very speedy.

Excellent service from start to finish -was given a window of 7-10 for delivery of a wall mirror but received only after three working days -same mirror was being sold at a larger retailer for twice the price ! Very very very happy with my order and the service received -thankyou !

Brilliant service from order to delivery. Delivery men so courteous and on time, small double oak bed put together within half hour, so easy and an excellent piece of furniture at a good price. Would definitely recommend this company.

Excellent compay, That I had never heard until two weeks ago when I ordered a gold/glass side table which arrived in 5 days. I was so happy with the product I ordered the same item in Chrome/glass for another room on Monday and two days later it arrived.

We bought from this company online. The delivery was quoted as being 7 to 10 days. Our order was on the 11th and received the goods on the 15th. Fantastic service and Furdeco's delivery was excellent

Ordered chairs last year which we were very happy with. One of the chairs had an issue recently and the customer was fantastic. We had a replacement arranged very quickly and I would order from the website again without hesitation.

I had never heard of this business before, but it came up when I searched for a particular piece of furniture online ( a specific tv media unit) and it was the cheapest price of all too, albeit by a few pounds. I was wary of buying from an outfit I had not heard of so I first of all searched for complaints and problems, and finding nothing untoward I went ahead and placed the order by phone ( very courteously handled) as I wanted to query the returns process given the remote purchase in the event the item should arrive damaged.( Years ago I watched a courier drop my new boxed tv from the tailgate onto the road and guess what when I opened it!) I was told in that event it would be collected free of charge so that took that particular worry out. The delivery date promised was also a short one, when other retailers were talking of over 2 months and more. The item was delivered in 7 days, in pristine condition( the best packed and protected packaging you can imagine, it took a while to remove it !) and within the 3 hour time slot on the promised delivery day that had been previously advised. What more could you want?
As far as my experience goes it could not have been better and I would certainly recommend this outfit or use them again without any qualms.Well done guys, thank you.

Really impressed with the quality of the furniture and value for money. For me, it’s a worry about ordering furniture without seeing it first, so it was brilliant to have received the fabulous bar stools and bar table ahead of the expected delivery time. Everything was well packed too! I was also kept informed when it would be delivered and the time slot. It all arrived on time! A big ‘thank you’ to Brydie for the excellent customer service and pulling out the stops to get my furniture delivered ahead of schedule!

We bought a table from the store which was described as solid rather than the veneer that it really was. When the veneer began to lift on a dining table, we were told that it should never have any liquid on it. The shop were efficient at replying (hence the two stars), but they made no effort to rectify a faulty or misdescribed table and only presented us with a dead end.

Ordered 4 Wagner Wishbone chairs. Super pleased with the quality, value was excellent and staff were fantastic throughout.

Being in the middle of a pandemic meant it was not easy to visit stores in person to look for furniture. I am not usually an online buying person so purchasing large furniture pieces from a website was out of my comfort zone. However, Style Our Home were a happy surprise. The furniture is quality - well built and beautiful and exactly as shown on the website. The service we received from the office was exceptional - nothing was too much trouble - and the staff were polite and helpful. We had a small issue with one of our pieces and it was dealt with in a quick, professional manner. Delivery was also completed professionally. I would not hesitate to buy from Style Our Home again and would definitely recommend them to others.

Supportive informative consistent customer service. Always polite and courteous. Furniture arrived on time with complimentary delivery that included carriage to different rooms at no extra cost.
Return policy (not needed) was straight forward and fair.

My wife and I love this company, they have loads of things on site and the quality is great. We ordered a coffee table recently, but it's not the first time we've ordered from them and it won't be the last. We had to wait a couple of months because of delays but with everything going on, it wasn't the end of the world, its only a coffee table. The Style Our Home team were great and kept us up to date as much as possible. Delivery was really quick once the sock arrived and the courier was very friendly.
