Ordered a bed in December 2020, with expected delivery in January. Just been told to expect delivery end of August, despite the misleading information on the website that if I ordered it now i could have it by middle of August. It is not so much the really poor delivery that disappoints but rather the really poor customer service and repeated misleading or out right lies I’ve been told. Mid March I was told the great news it had been shipped, however once a month since I have also been given that same good news that the item has now been shipped, and yet still waiting to take delivery.

When browsing the site a banner recommended that, as I was considering buying 3 items, I should contact the company for a better price. This seemed promising but, proved to be a mistake.
Two of the items were INCREASED in price by 25% & the third was INCREASED by a whopping 33%.
The email I received advising me of this increase did apologise for "any disappointment caused", which is laughable.
On this occasion an apology doesn't cover it.

Wow, the service is second to none! Absolutely perfect. From placing my order right up to delivery, communication was spot on & gave very quick responses.
Ordered 2 bar stools which were the last in stock. Delivery scheduled for a couple of weeks. Had a phone call to say one of the legs were damaged, sent pictures to me, followed by a list of my options in how I can proceed. Couldn't be anymore appreciative for how much they kept me in the loop. Thoroughly impressed! Would definitely use again

I don’t normally write reviews but feel I must on this occasion to shout about this amazing company, not only for their excellent products but great service too. This was my 3rd order from Style Our Home and as always, the service was fantastic and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of furniture.

Delivery was super quick too. Can’t wait to order again, they have a customer for life 😊

I am surprised at some of the negative reviews as I have used Style our Home for 2-3 years now, ordering a variety of items - most recently some quality bedroom furniture. Not only do I find the quality of their products very good, their customer service has also always been first class! No complaints from me - just wondering what to order next!

I have ordered from Style our Home on a few occasions from a small order of a mirror to a dining table. Every experience has been great, the quality of the furniture is brilliant. Any small issue is dealt with professionally. Delivery can sometimes take a while but it’s always within the time frame stated and never late.

First i received a faulty table, legs wouldn't slot in and so table was bent. it also had other manufacturing issues, like paint spots and cracks and scratches.
I contact the Style at home who organised an exchange. the exchange took about two weeks to happen but the drivers that came were nice and now I am happy overall with the table.
However Style at home as always refused to offer any sort of compensation or delivery charges refund even considering all the extra hassle and the fact that originally i received a faulty item.
I think thats a bit unfair, in the end had to be left with a table i couldnt use for about 2 weeks and then take a day off work to have it exchanged with no compensation offered at all. :(
Style at home could have turned the whole experience around to a very positive experience by just offering a gesture of goodwill which was totally appropriate, but by refusing to do that they just left me disappointed.

Ordered a small oak table which arrived as a flat pack, I was expecting a solid piece of furniture for the price. I asked to return it, they charge £15 for returning items. Massively disappointed.

I needed a new bed frame but as we were lockdown I was unable to actually go to a shop as I like to see something before I buy it. However I found the bed frame I wanted at style our home. I had to check on some specific details. So I called and the staff were brilliant. They didn't know the answer so they called the manufacturer. They called me back within hours with the result I needed. So I ordered the bed frame. Still slightly worried as I'd not actually seen the bed frame which I was spending quite a bit of money on.
Well I was absolutely delighted when I opened up the box it all came in. The Benjamin bed frame is of a substantial quantity and REALLY easy to put together. It said could be done in 30 minutes and they were right.
I couldn't be more delighted with it. It was exactly what I was looking for. Really pleased with the service and quality of the bed frame.

We had ordered a sideboard and media unit unfortunately the media unit was damaged. Brydie who dealt will our problem was so helpful. She sorted a new one to be delivered & kept us informed, the media unit was delivered on Friday. Our sitting now looks amazing so a big thank you.

We had an armchair delivered today from this company. It is perfect - great quality and price and a super speedy and efficient delivery. I had also spoken with the staff on the phone prior to ordering my chair and they were so pleasant to deal with. I will happily order from this company again!

Fantastic experience. They managed my my expectations accordingly regarding delivery but it still came sooner than expected.

The price of the dining table was very competitive (about £50 cheaper than other well known sites) and it is excellent quality.

We will now be purchasing a bench from them to go with it!

Over a year ago I was looking to buy a large dining set from the Frank Hudson range. Styleourhome showed the best price online and was discounted again when I spoke to the girls in the office.
At all times the customer service was second to none but it really came in to its own when the table I chose had to go back to the manufacturer due to a slight defect- they organised everything and sorted a different replacement that I preferred.
Brydie is exceptional - almost a year later I contacted her re a problem with the bench (I should have contacted 8 months before now) and bearing in mind this is an old order she treated my problem as if it was no problem in the world but better than that she managed to get me a replacement product.
I have never met a better customer service team- full, personal and comprehensive emails with all your questions answered. Timely phone calls and it is a pleasure to deal with each and every member- but especially Brydie.
I will be purchasing more furniture from there in the future simply because I know that if I have any concerns there is genuine help.
Prices are always competitive and if you don’t mind a (sometimes) long lead time – which is made very clear at time of purchase – then you’re onto a winner.
Hands down the best company I’ve ever bought from because of Brydie and the great team
