I have purchased a sidetable from Style Our Home and although I have changed my mind (not a product fault, the furniture was of a superb quality) and returned it the customer service was outstanding. I spoke on the phone with Brydie who was very helpful and polite and informed me of all the options of returning the furniture. Based on that and the quality of the side table I highly recommend them.

Perfect company to buy from.
Although the headboard I ordered was delayed I was kept updated by phone and comprehensive emails from day 1.
Staff are a credit and in an era where customer service is often lacking especially on internet sales it was a pleasant change to have the effeciency of service I received.

We ordered the Dublin High Shelving Unit. Delivery was slow. The unit itself looks cheap. The holes were not drilled properly and some of the fixings were missing. Disappointed.

Fabulous piece of furniture for a fabulous price. The quality is second to non and far cheaper than anywhere else I've seen. The only downside for me was the delivery you have to agree to a day without been given an estimated time.

Delighted with this company. Best value for money I could find for the range of furniture I wanted anywhere ( Boho). Excellent service from Dan and Stacey who handled my multiple orders and complex delivery arrangements extremely efficiently in a friendly manner. Always responded quickly to my queries. Delivery company they used ( Furdeco) provided good notice information , carefully moved my bulky items, assembled my furniture well and took away the packaging. Would definitely use Style again and recommend them to anyone.

Goods don't look as advertised (the sales rep had the cheek to say "our fine print makes clear that the goods won't look the same as the online photos!") and I was charged a hefty £30 fee to return. They also imposed a credit card surcharge at time of purchase which I only became aware of when I tried to return. Opportunistic and not recommended!

We bought new dining room furniture from this company and I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future. I wouldn't normally buy such a big purchase online but we couldn't source the type of furniture I was looking for in the shops without paying over the odds for it. The company offered us a fantastic discount and when the furniture arrived I was over the moon at the quality of the product. The customer service team were fantastic and replaced the table which had been damaged in transit without hesitation. All deliveries arrived when promised so no waiting about all day. I would definitely use this company again.

I had never shopped for furniture online because it can be difficult to judge quality and look. However, style our home provided me with a sample of wood first and then I ordered my furniture. The whole process from start to finish was smooth and hassle free and I can say that I am absolutely delighted with my shiro walnut furniture. It is really high quality and exceeded my expectations, so much so that I ended up buying another two items from the same range.

I was looking to buy a bookcase and it was the first time I had bought any furniture online. I really liked the fact that I could talk to a real person and even though I was only buying quite a small item, they were really helpful and made me feel like a valued customer.  The price was good too!!
