Not bringing in enough clientele for me. Not able to modify promotions or make any specific changes that tailor to my business needs.

I’ve been a hairstylist for over 14 years, and StyleSeat has been one of my favorite tools for managing my business. It really streamlined the booking process for both me and my clients.

Before I started using StyleSeat, I spent a lot of time texting back and forth to confirm appointments, handle cancellations, and remind people about their bookings. Once I got on StyleSeat, clients could see my availability in real time and book themselves. It cut down on no-shows too, since they get automated reminders and I can enforce deposits or cancellation policies easily.

StyleSeat also helped me grow my clientele. People searching for stylists in my area would find my profile, see my portfolio, and read reviews. I noticed new clients often told me they liked how easy it was to see my work and pricing upfront.

As a stylist, I love how flexible it is. I can adjust my schedule anytime, add new services, set different prices for complex work, and even require prepayment. It makes me feel more professional and organized, and it’s helped me raise my prices confidently over time because clients see the value clearly.

Overall, StyleSeat took a lot of admin work off my plate so I could focus on doing hair, being creative, and giving my clients the best experience possible.

Being apart of style is rewarding and also a benefit to my business.

When I type in the services that I provide in a search using my city and ZIP Code, my page does not pop up. There are Stylist that lives over 60 miles away that are visible before mine. I don’t understand this.

Well I have to say that being Too pro is a great experience, it give my profile the option to be seen and client also get to view my profile and see what I have to offer, thanks

This been all my life doing hair enjoy what I’m doing always present the best and to do the best of my ability love the comments when the client finish and they will review me and to talk so much about my place my environment, my performance, my attendance, it’s a beauty and Style seat you guys promote us. You promote my job. You put me out there everywhere so people could view my page to do the consultation and book their appointment

I love waking up to new bookings overnight and when my gaps get filled without me having to do a thing. Its kept my books full even in this difficult economy. Highly recommend

Great resource to meet new people not a supplement for a consistent clientele a professional should have a variety of tools to leverage in an consistently elevating evolutionary industry also pay attention to credit card information check out before service is finished due to some clients being unpredictable and finessers

This app is great! I love how easy it is to navigate. It’s a great option for someone building clientele as it brings tons of new people directly to your phone. The downside to me can be the fees at times they do add up but at the same time these people are finding you through their platform and I can understand being charged a fee for that so take that into consideration. Otherwise it’s a great tool to have to grow and manage your business.

I’ve worked with Style Seat for about 4 yrs now and this platform has brought me many new clients, gave me really good tips and helped me build my business credit. It’s like have my own receptionist!

I like the fact that client can be checked out after appointment.
I don't like the fact that I'm not getting enough clients

I haven’t noticed any improvement in my bookings since becoming a Top Pro. It’s been over a month with very few appointments, and I don’t believe my profile is being featured in the top results for new clients to find and book me.

Hello I have been using StyleSeat for a 10 years and it only gets better. I’m excited every week receiving new clients and reuniting with old one every week is awesome. I am always looking forward to using the app everyday it is very helpful when it come to running my Buisness.

Look this is app is cool but sometimes I have warm leads generated from social media or a referral and they will still charge me the “ new client fee “ saying they marketed me but relasitcly the client was already looking to book with me . That’s the main pet peeve with the app . And the new client free needs to be lowered
