I received really fast and it looks great!!!

Was super easy to Input my image into their site and shipped super fast. Great quality phone case and id highly recommend this :] i drew a character of mine and the colors are really accurate to what i drew yk besides the darker brown i did isnt as visible but still super great quality.

The item was of high quality as expected, decent delivery time, wide variety of accessories and the most important of all is the responsiveness and the help of customer support in case an issue faced

Overall awesome experience and great place to get personalized accessories.

The experience with Styletify became a sweet of after a bitter experience due to USPS mess up. I ordered a iPhone 14 Pro customized back cover for my wife’s phd graduation with her graduation photo, which was actually supposed to be in my hand by December 31, 2023; but after the product reached to the US, there was no update on the tracking for almost 10days. I contacted styletify, and they promptly replied and started an investigation with USPS. They kept contacting me with the updates, and the product was in my hand on 13th January 2024. Though delayed, we are happy with the product, it was exactly what I was looking for and the customer service was really great!!

Unbelievable. I’m never one to write a review no matter good or bad experience but this time, I really feel the need to. I’ve ordered from Styletify before and I was satisfied with everything but this time, it’s as if it’s a completely different company. It’s been over a month and I still haven’t received my order. I’ve been in contact with them several times but they’re useless and only give half hearted promises of looking into the matter. I’m so disappointed and after reading the reviews here, I’m furious.
Update: I was in contact with them for weeks but they just kept sending the same responses over and over. They couldn’t tell me where my package was and they couldn’t refund me the money. They kept saying they’d send me a new package but that I had to pay for the shipping. After weeks of this nonsense, I reached out to paypal and filed a complaint through them. And theeen all of a sudden, they offered to send me a new shipment for free and a few days later I got it. Almåsa three months after I ordered the product.
I’m never going to order from them again. To have to go through what I went through for months without them wanting to help solve my problem or even bother to track my package was annoying as hell. That is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with.

Mostly happy with my order. The phone case itself is excellent quality. My only issue is the printing shows a little bleeding around the edges. Not enough for me to give a bad review.

Can’t comment on the service other than to say I had no issues so there was no need for me to contact.

Overall a positive experience.

Very happy with the custom printed case I purchased. Delivery was a bit slow, but the product is better that I was hoping for!

I ordered a personalised phone case and pillow and have been blown away by how good the quality is on both, they both look very expensive, the pillow is silly soft and the picture has come out so well, the phone case was a collage and has a really nice feel to the finish, thank you so much

I have a slightly older model phone, and used to order custom cases from another company but they do not carry cases for my model anymore, so in the spur of the moment, I found this company and ordered 2 custom cases, and a three pack of screen protectors. I wasn't expecting much from a 10$ custom printed case, but I have to say they are surprisingly nice. The print is very nice, and when you run your fingers over it, you can feel the layers of the ink, meaning the printing process is actually similar to a screen printing process, instead of like an office printer. The cases are flexible, and fit snug and feel nice to hold, having a slight grip to them. The screen protectors are the type with the adhesive only on the edge, with cut outs for all the lights, cameras, and microphones, and the part with the adhesive being tinted black. This is nice because it doesn't adhere directly to the full screen, so if it shatters or breaks, you're not peeling off tons of tiny pieces of shattered glass.

At first I was nervous on how the case would turn out but it was really nice quality. I gave it as a gift and they really appreciated it and loved how it looked

Arrived timely. However, product is not really okay. The quality of the image loaded on the phone cover is pretty awful, faded, blurry, and makes the whole thing look extremely cheap. I'm pretty disappointed.

The blanket I ordered came out so good and it’s so comfy, couldn’t be happier with it. These guys do a great job!!

Customer service replies but they do NOT help. I paid $20 extra for expedited shipping and it took way longer. I’ve asked for a refund on only the shipping cost about 4 times and they keep offering me a coupon without answering my request. There is no policy that refund cannot be issued.

The company was very fast with a response to a question I had. They went above and beyond to help me. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family. I wish more companies were like them. The item I received was much better than I expected as well. 10 stars!!!!!

Took awhile to get here, but 10/10 quality

The image I completed was not the same as the icon so before ordering emailed customer service and they said they would check with me to make sure it is what I ordered. I ordered and they sent a picture and it has the text cut off like the icon. I emailed saying no, this is exactly what I didn't want only to receive an email saying they already fixed it and it was shipped. I received the product and the text was indeed cut off. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Even if their customer service says they are going to help, they only help themselves. Wish I looked at reviews sooner

Update: Since than they have tried to contact me forcing me to try and get a replacement when I don;t trust they will do it right a second time. They refused and now ignoring all emails. Scammers even asked me to take my review down.
